Congratulations.

Not to sound like a downer on the situation, but you two talked online, never met before, and are going to get married your first time meeting face to face? I'm not questioning your decision, just making sure I got it right

aye I get that...my pc is a laptop so I can get access to wireless (lol like when I visit parents, as I am doing now) but usually I'm on dial up. And I had itunes long before my ipod...its was my window's media (had windows too, I just like itunes better)...I didn't get the point of an ipod...but I love such a big variety of music it was very worth getting it for my bday this past summer...with things going on it was nice to escape into some music...

I knew someone that had a lot of Toby Keith's CD's so I just borrowed them and copied them to my computer. I guess I could always find others that have the CD's and do that.

If you get GAC or CMT on your TV, you can listen to all the music you want and watch the videos. That is how I got started listening to them. I would put GAC on TV and then come in the bedroom to be on the computer and listen to the music in the background. Saves you buying CDs you don't want.

I was watching CMT the other day, but my TV is usually on VH1 or FOX, lol.

Love my itunes...My music love varies so much I love being able to listen to songs before...just in case...

I never bothered to get an I-Pod, lol, so I don't really have the luxury of i-tunes. I'm also on dial-up. If I had a faster internet connection I'd go to youtube and watch the videos.

ahahahahaha.. yeas sadly enough.. lamolaugh laugh laugh

Oh well. This isn't Burger King so I guess I can't have it my way laugh

I used to watch Sailor moon! that brings back memories. lol The original DBZ..good stuff. i loved Yu-Gi-oh..but i liked the original. the new one sucks

Agreed. I tried watching the new Yu-Gi-Oh, but it's pretty lame. The fact that they are starting to make the real life version of the game like the new version of the show is ruining it. All of these Elemental Hero monsters are dumb.

take off "sex" as an interest for starters.

laugh Yeah, that'd be a good start. Secondly, get out of the house and explore humanity. Third, go out and buy The Rules of the Game by Neil Strauss and do the Stylelife Challenge. Follow the missions and you'll have a date in 30 days. The more women you meet, the better chance you won't end up alone.

Anything Sugarland does is great.

Rascal Flatts is great too.

I watched a Garth Brooks concert on TV, was amazing, he would stop singing the songs and the audience sang the song. They sang along with him. Just amazing.
Have you heard "The Dance" by Garth?

I like Brad Paisley too, his videos are fun.
Carrie Underwood, too.
Toby Keith, Tim McGraw & Faith Hill, and Joe Nichols had some good ones out too.
Just too many good songs to name.

I'm a HUGE Toby Keith fan. I like Brad Paisley's Online. I didn't care for his other songs that I heard. I've been trying to listen to more Garth Brooks and Kenny Chesney. I like what I've heard so far from them, but I rely a lot on the radio to hear country. It'd get too expensive trying to buy all of the CD's to see what I like and don't like.

That I'm really into right now are Would You Go With Me by Josh Turner and What Was I Thinkin' by Dierks Bentley. Anybody else like these songs?

so tainted material.. lol

Damn, I have something in common with a Patriots fan  laugh

Or Blessed the Broken Road by Rascal Flatts...LOL...I know totally opposite of what your liking right now...I love those songs...Country is my first love...though I love alllllll kinds of musicdrinker

PS. Blessed the Broken Road has been what I've been calling my song recently...for this is certainly an interesting...if not broken road I'm on

Actually, I like Rascal Flatts a lot, lol. I never really got into Bless The Broken Road though. I do like Take Me There, My Wish, and a couple of others (I can't think of them all right now).

What's funny is that growing up I always heard country music because my mom loves it. But at the time I was into pop stuff. Then when I was 13-14 my friends got me into Rock/Metal. Eventually, I started listening to country. It was probably planted in the back of my brain from all of the country I heard as a kid, lol.

Those songs are good.

How about "Stay" by Sugarland?

Hmm..I'm sure I've heard it before. I probably just don't know it by name.

Hmm...I used to watch Sailor Moon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Hamtaro, Zoids, occasionally Cowboy Bebop, and I'll still watch Dragonball Z/GT if it's on.

I think Schilling should shut his mouth. He faked a bloody sock in '04 to get media attention and he's denying that.

You don't remember that one time, on that one day, at that one place? ....I don't either laugh . You responded in a thread I started a few weeks ago, but I'm calling it a chat. So I win, you owe me $5  .
