Yeah, I'm less worried about the cast and more about the writing. Christian Bale would make a good Solid Snake, but it won't be any good if they throw away the plot and complex characters that made the games great. The worst thing that they could do to the franchise was to make it a pure action film indeed. minus the christian bale thing. yo

oh my...i grew up watching bollywood flicks. not to my own intentions but unintentionally through my folks. all they do is fall in love, sing and dance, get in a fight, lost their girl, get in a fight, get their girl back, sing and dance, then a tragic ending.

Hideo Kojima is a genius then. not too many artist can stand up and make that kind of statement. they usually turn over their work for a large sum of greens! good for him...good for all of us! yeah, he said that after that tool Uwe Boll tried to get the rights to make a movie. Kojima apparently knew that Boll's movies are absolute garbage and would make a travesty of his legacy. ....hate Uwe Boll so much.... 
yes, the man has some pretty bad titles under his belt. house of the dead, bloodrayne... now he's doing far cry. not much to expect!

lol thats the step by step cast huh? I think the actual guy who does snakes voice can pull it off if he worx out a lot and gets a rugged persona. the game is awesome, I actually didn't even play the latest ps3 game, I watched my friend play the whole thing...graphix were so sick it was like watching a move but yea, metal gear movie, would be sweet with the right cast yes...and i ain't even kidd'n...! yes, hater may need to buff up extremely, and sculp out his baby face. the theatrical scenes were amazing, unfortunately, it probably took up most of the game. there weren't a lot of game time, and the game was fairly easy to beat. over all, it was a good game...with a complex, yet, interesting story. hooray! go UNCLE JESSE!!!

The Dark Knight is possibly the most overrated movie of all time.Batman Begins was better. Jack made a better Joker than Heath Ledger. Also, what's the deal with Batman's crazy machine voice? People need to stop buying into the hype. This movie is rated #1 on the IMDB top 250, which is a joke of a list anyway...but c'mon.....seriously #1? I could rattle off a list of 50 films that are far better than Dark Knight. And yes....Ironman was much better too. i totally agree with you man. its the hype that drives the box-office! and yes, how the hell did this movie make #1 on IMDB's top 250?! i don't think it should even be considered on the list! i can't say jack was a better joker, but heath definitely played the character well... |

Batman - The Dark Knight

I thought there were some much deeper moral questions being asked in the film? Dent stating near the beginning that you either die a hero or live long enough to become the villain was perfect foreshadowing. Joker forced Batman to make some decisions and Gotham's citizens had to do the same. They had to ask themselves to what extent they wanted vigilante justice. I think Nolan wanted the message to hit and the questions to be asked. But whatever--I really liked it. yes...the message came across very clear. but with that alone, it cannot make a movie awesome. I loved how the joker took control and literally controlled everyone...without anyone knowing the master plan but himself. without the joker, this movie would have been a movie with a man in a rubber suit. |
