My parents are still married for 43 years... and my Grandparents were married for almost 70 years before my Grandpa passed away... That is what I want.... to have someone to be there for me, I for him and grow old together.... Someday I will find it.... |

In my 42 years of life, I have dated plenty and I have yet to pick a honest male... But I will keep looking.... will see if the one I'm dating can be honest and monogomous..... all at the same time... I do wonder why I keep putting myself through this.... I just don't want to be alone anymore.... Though alone is better than the pain...

Is it so hard for a guy to pick up a phone and call?? I would like a call once in a while to know "he" is still thinking of me. I don't always want to be the one calling... Even just a short one. Maybe I'm just insecure.... but I like the connection... Or even a email.... Call Dammit!

Be yourself, and treat her like you would want to be treated... Ask her questions about herself or music or movies that you have seen or whatever.... it's always nervewracking meeting a new person.. But if it doesn't work out you can make a new friend.... I always seem to jump right in and make too much out of it and yes rejection hurts but you have to just keep on trying....
