To deny racism is a factor in the hatred pointed at this president at best is ignorancy at worst it is a wish for the worst to happen.

This man was elected based on his race (or hope and change, lol) now bc the people don't like him it's suddenly racist? You can't have it both ways..white guilt got him elected and his stupidty on the issues is making his poll numbers go down. If anybody is racist in this country I must say it's probably the president himself.
But, I will agree with this point that you have made, there are some people out there wishing harm to him and that is something that I do not agree with...just don't vote for him again

You right about it bein' a race thang.
90% of the Mexicans I know, voted Hussein because he wasn't white. They knew nothing more about him.

You mean the mexicans you hate?

I doubt they would even tell you the truth about how they feel about this issue anyway considering the things I have seen come out of your mouth on here....lol

Im not sure which mexicans that mingler knows, but the actual NUMBERS indicate the opposite. When Obama ran against Hilary the overwhelming amount of mexican voters were pro hilary. So i dont think anti white was an issue for them. I think maybe they just saw the OBama Biden ticket a more logical one than the McCain (wink wink) Palin ticket.

Not sure where that came from but yes, they did vote Hillary but, I think that the person was speaking more about the Mexicans going Democrat over Republicans. Obama would be a natural choice for any Mexican...that's just common sense. Shame tho bc the McCain /Palin ticket was so much more stronger than the Obama/(3 letter words J-O-B-S) Biden

He was elected because he is a smart man who has high ideals for this country.

He is not stupid on any issues. If anything he has tied his own hands by trying to be bipartisan. He needs to just do what needs to be done. They are going to hate him regardless. He ran on unity of this country but we cannot make unity with a bunch of racist a-holes who hate the government anyway and don't even vote.

Bipartisan...really? When and where did that ever happen? This man has leaned so hard left from the very beginning. Smart, idk about that one but he does listen well. This man hasn't formed an opinion without having to consult with one of his many czars or advisors. The only time that dopey has ever formed an opinion on his own was when he spoke about the police officer being racist and see what happened then. Basically, all that this man has done is speak well via telepromter, listen to the people that run the government right now (nancy pelosi, harry reid, etc.) and openness to apologize for the U.S at any given moment.

Considering that is your view and you have a right to it. It is wrong of course but you have the right to it.

Keep right on listening to the top fear and hatemongers in this country like Rush and Faux News, Beck and O'rielly and you'll never have another intelligent thought, they will suck them all out of you and replace them with drivel like I just read from you.

Funny...LMAO!! Your truely the carbon copy of the a Liberal when they have nothing new to add. Ask a question or show a P.O.V and your (liberals) reply will always be followed by a question or just out right "your wrong" without having ANY facts to support your claim. Yes, I may listen to Fox and the usual suspects but I do watch other stations as well, or read different blogs or papers. I like to be well rounded. I don't care to be spoon fed by a organization that leans hard one way or the other. And come on with the hatemonger comment...you guys have Keith Olberman and Ed Schultz...LMAO!!!

Mo_Murinin...
"The republicans are trying to control everything going into bill now...they want it there way. It's about time the Democratics step up and make a voice. Republican's don't want to push for good change..they want to sit and make excuses as to why the WAR and spending billions and trillions of dollars is worth more than helping the U.S. Citizens. The Bill of rights no longer holds passage in today's society. They could give a crap about anyone supporting them. I don't blame him for calling the Republicans all those names. They deserve it."

Are you kidding with that response?! Republicans have ZERO power right now and IF the Dems were as serious about the issues as they claim to be they can push ANY vote that they would like.(remember what Nancy Pelosi said "We won you lost, so get over it" The only reason that the Dems aren't voting for anything across the board is bc, that they know that the bill will hold them accountable and I have never seen a Dem held accountable for anything. And don't mention the Bill of Rights when it's actually the Dems once again that are the people going against it themselves...freedom of speech with the radio, gun owner rights, illegal immigrants, forcing health care, taxing the people(that one goes both ways) on everything, or having senators say outright that they do not care what their voters think.

If you remember correctly...the great obama promised to create jobs and within the first year that we would have "shovel ready" jobs. That our roads and bridges..etc would be 1st priority. What happened...nothing. They can't even follow were all of this stimulus money has gone. Sure, push a bill without reading the over 1000 page report within 24hrs and then tell the people to have patience...hmmm, something does not sound right with that one ;)

I think the biggest critics of Obama think, that the global recession is something local. I got news for you. It's global and most places are having the same problems (except much worse) as in USA and to tell you the truth, other countries' leaders aren't handling the crisis any better, that gives the point, that no one really could be "a lot better" no matter what ideology or ideas have.

He knew the recession was tough but he continued to promise jobs, jobs and jobs . where are the new created jobs now ?.

The jobs were not promised within the first year. Go back and read the speeches. He promised to start more green technology and create more jobs by what year?

As much as I agree with you that this is by the far the greatest country, I have to ask you "why would anybody in the right mind want to have the Olympics in Chicago over Rio?"
And and for your earlier statement, I prefer having a president that knows what it takes to win a war than a man who feels soo obligated to apologize for our country's past. Also, I'd take a trillion dollars in debt over the 13 trillion that obama is going to give us in the very near future.

Actually name more than 1 that made a profit. Every city loses money when it comes to the olympics.
