ABUJA, Nigeria – Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says that the U.S. is a "dictatorship" as it tries to control world affairs. Ahmadinejad made the comments Wednesday night during a speech at the Iranian Embassy in Abuja, Nigeria's capital. He is in Nigeria for a summit of an organization known as the D-8, or the Developing Eight nations. In full, Ahmadinejad says the U.S. is "the self-proclaimed leader, and everybody should know that a self-proclaimed leadership is (a) dictatorship. I am going to say, on behalf of you, that the years of dictatorship are over." Nigeria, a nation of 150 million people, is split between Christians and Muslims. A large crowd of Muslims filled the embassy for the speech. more yahoo... Heavenly there is many of us tired of hearing the non stop negative crap about both these wars.We all know there is a great deal of positive things happening there.If all you are going to do is list more negative anti American garbage in a otherwise positive post about this War then don't bother. You realize that this is a public forum (and thus open to scrutiny), yes? Why be afraid of substantive debate? Perhaps because you will lose?  
it's just that there are people on here that were in or are in the military, and it's not fair for you to judge them like you do... your entitled to what you believe, i respect that. but show some sympathy to the people that are doing what they think is right too. they didn't have a choice once they signed the papers. reality check i'm probably the only one that comes on this board that actually hates and despise your military and country..anyone else that don't agree with your propaganda and lies 99 percent of the time are free thinkers that think for themselves and are tired of the imperialism that America carries out in the guise of "freedom" and "democracy". i would love for these photos which were taken for the sake of a photo op, to be shown to the families who american troops have destroyed and take their opinion. Don't waste your breath. Certain members here just hate our country and hate our military, sucks but it's reality. |

Allahu Akbar means Allah is the greater god. The Western press gets this wrong and reports that Allahu Akbar means God is Great. What they are saying is the the God of Allah is greater than the Christian/Jewish God of Abraham. In fact, al Qaeda believes that if Israel is destroyed first, then it proves that Allah is the greater god, however, if Medina or Mecca are destroyed first, then Allah is not the greater god, and they will give up Islam and become either a Christian or a Jew.
