I had a man tell me he didn't want to talk to me because I was a plus size woman (not the words he used). What's up with that? I am so tired of this... why do they even have to say anything.. So to the men who don't want to talk to these valuputious woman.. shut ur mouths and just go away... leave them alone... Photo..pay no mind to these kinds.. what they forget is.. 1..they are only getting older.. 2..things are GOING to happen in life..that they will not like..and then woman will pay them no mind.. 3..and they when they all of a sudden become plus size men...again woman will not pay them no mind... I could go one... but..point...these men need to stp being so shallow and shut up... actually forgot the best part of the one liner of my point... shame ,shame ,shame....on the men who can't even just have a conversation with a plus size woman and look past.. if you wish to read between the lines it is by far easier to fault others than ones own self...good grief so what you are saying is that if a woman does not starve herself to fit into some asshole's ideal of perfection, then it is OK to be rude to her? You'll go far here. |

I think her whole point is that no one needs to be rude no matter who you are or what you look like, I can take a polite no or I thank you for your interest, but I dont think that we are a good match....to some one being rude!!! I am no beauty queen and I never expect to be, but I try not to be rude to anyone, and all I ask in return is the same thing...Is that so hard to do?

i love all women...many bbw's carry their selves by far better than many so called models...each person has their own taste...i have had 2 strokes due to stree and seeing young people slowly killing theirselves troubles me

the worse part about this thread is the startling fact that we as a whole, men and women are now all overweight; i am 15-20 heavier than i want to be, but when i see 18-20-somethings heavier than me, and no sense of self pride, i feel sorry for that fact and what we have done to ourselves as a whole I could stand to lose 40 pounds. Does that mean I have no self-pride? Do you think I would be in a performance belly dance troupe if I had no pride? I've seen women far heavier than I dancing in public. Women how are extremely talented dancers and I'm always amazed at how many large women are really extremely graceful and can move with such fluidity. Do you think these women have no self-pride? We have so much sense of self worth and self value that we do not let society make us ashamed of our shapes and our bodies and make up feel that we should be hiding from the world because of our weight. Being overweight can have so many different factors that self-pride really doesn't have all that much to do with it. It really doesn't. |

There are so many other ways to tell someone you arent' intersted in them. You can still be honest with out being cruel, if you aren't attracted to them fine, but to come and say no way cause you're fat is just mean.
