demonic hole i like that u and ur ilk and sickeningly most of society r digging holes 4 ur children and ur grandchildren, u wont see the consequences of ur actions because ul die of old age b4 that, but my generation is in 4 a rough ride and its the fault of "good" christians and complacent americans it is becoming more and more apparent that the society which was built over the last 200+ years has failed, its a hard truth 2 accept despite overwhelming evidence. global warming, our reliance on outsourcing and illegal immigration and constant wars from the 20th century onward will pay off in the next 5o years ironically these truths r rejected fanatically by people who believe in concepts like immaculate conception and men rising from the dead

Dorothy, when you come back from the land of Oz, you will realize that reality is much harsher for those of us who do not fit into their ruby slippers as comfortably as you... Uphold your principals based on fact and conviction, not on slandering those you do not know or falling back on cheap christian-laidened hyperbole. Your holier-than-thou attitude is insulting...stick to the religious forums..you'll find plenty of munchkins there, all following the yellow brick road to oblivion. cheers

symbelmyne: I am glad that you admit the fact that I, along with millions of Christians around the world, are protected by our God and our Lord and Saviour. AND, my dear, you are entitled to the exact same love and protection if you trusted in the Lord. You are totally out of line when you tell someone to uphold their principals (sic) (it is principles), based on fact and not conviction when you do not even know what the true facts and convictions are. You have admitted that you are non-Christian. Stating one's views is a far, far cry from slander (trust me on this one, I have worked in the legal field for 21 years and I am more than knowledgeable of what slander is). And, my views are anything but 'holier than thou.' Perhaps your 'toes have been stepped on' and for that I do not apologize. But, I have found out in my 59 years of life that individuals with your attitude are deeply hurting inside from circumstances totally separate and apart from my views or anyone's control. Should you face life with an optimistic attitude and courage and you will be much happier and successful. Argentina definitely does not offer its citizens the freedoms that the United States offers, but again, that is totally separate and apart from any comments I have made or will make in my lifetime. Get involved in your own country's politics and make a difference instead of cry-babying about it. Be a real woman and stand up and make your desires known to your leaders of the country of Argentina. BUT DO NOT tell anyone in the world what they can or cannot do, participate or not participate in. That is a privilege you are not entitled to. Lindyy

Thank you madam, for pointing out my flaws and setting me straight. Where would the world be without perfect people like you living in a perfect country like yours? (I know about your country, I lived there for 30 years) Where would we, the inferior, godless heathen of the world, be now if it wasn't for self-rightious guiding hand, of the powerful USA? My country, and other developing nations would be a great power block, and a huge threat to your borders...but alas, we have globalization, neo-liberalism and the dollar to keep us in line. And to aid the US even further, we have politicians who are no more than pimps, selling out our resources to the highest bidder...we have freedoms, lots of them...hard to exercise them when you sinking under the weight of NAFTA.. Rest easy ma'am, god is on your side...that gives you permission to do what ever you want, to who ever you want, how ever you want and be compeletly justified in doing so without ever having to take personal responsibility for your actions. What a great way to live, what a great country to live in. These are truly joyous days...as long as you keep those rose-colored glasses on you'll be just fine. Ah, and before you start pointing out my typos so that you can puff up your superiority even further, remember this, I am a product of the American education system... have a nice day....

Again unless you can prove that Bush knew that what he was saying at the time was untrue then it isnt a lie. I could be just misinformation. He also just couldn't go to war. He had to have support from congress which he did. Who cares if they had WMDs or not. They attacked our soil and we launched a counter offensive. I am sorry this war is taking too long for some of you. I mean if our government wanted it to last 2 seconds and blow up everyone they could have, but they didn't want to kill innocent people.

but the military IS killing innocent people, why even 2day there is an article on my computers' new ticker-tape saying something about "army investigates death of 9 iraqi civilians" and it isnt near to being the first one ive seen either

yea investigates, they don't know what caused it. Sometimes its iraq's own people, sometimes people get caught in the crossfire, but we are not trying to kill innocent. How can you compare 9 people to the destruction of every living thing there that would die if we just bombed it.

What has happened to you in your life that has created the hate and sarcasim against the USA and Christians? You are filled with self-pity, why? The USA will never be threatened by Argentina or any other developing countries. Do you have any concept of the billions of dollars in aid that the United States of America pours into third world, under developed and developing counties? And, that money comes from taxes that people, such as myself, who work hard and with unwaivering dedication for our country. In theory, you can thank the taxpayers of the US for their compassion and steadfast helping hand. Yet, you resent this assistance, why? You put yourself down, not I or the people of the USA. Why did you leave the USA? What happened? Do not talk to me about liberalism, or the majority of the USA, as I and they are CONSERVATIVES. Huge difference. Learn your politics. Perhaps, if you are honestly and truly concerned, you might want to study the way economics works. The nations that trade with each other are helping each other to be economically strong. My ancestry is a mixture of Swedish, Irish, French and English and Native American Indian. My grandfather who was 100% Swede, and during the depression, supported three (3) families in the farmhouse in which they all lived by farming the land. That took a lot of hard, manual labor. Not one word of resentment or pity came out of the mouth of my grandfather and grandmother. My family has always and always will work - HARD and with dedication. I get up at 5:00 a.m. to prepare for work and do not arrive back home until 6:30 p.m. That is a long day, but I do it with gratitude and no complaints. If I do not like something political or non-political that is going on in my own community or my government as a whole, I SPEAK UP ABOUT IT!! I do not wallow in self-pity with a condescending attitude. I take pride in my accomplishments. I attempted to suggest this to you in my last e-mail, but you did not want to even try to see what you could do to make a difference in your country. Now, how do you expect the Americans, (who work diligently and pay taxes of which a LARGE part goes toward helping other nations), to exert compassion with such an attitude as you emit? MY big 'beef' with you? You have the audacity to blame the USA's educational system for YOUR lack of attentiveness while attending an educational institute here in the USA! For that attitude, madam, YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW! Again, be a strong woman of courage and speak up to your political leaders, take part in your community to see what good you can contribute to it. Would you like to know what woman I greatly admire? BENAZIR BHUTTO - Pakistan. She died for her beliefs and love of her country. I only wish I had a grain of sand's worth of her bravery and wisdom. Lady, if you believe you are getting the truth from Sean Hannity or the FOX Noise Channel in general, you have most definitely consumed the kool-aid. Why is it that anyone who has an opinion that differs from the Socialist/Communist wiew, is led by FOX News and Sean Hannity or whomever? Attacks like that only reinforce other people's opinion of the left as being "angry Liberals". Are we to assume that your views come from Al Franken and CNN? I think not.

I realy have no idea what type of Bizzaro world some of these folks live in. I have no idea why the church lady thinks I dont want to work, my only point was that I dont have a great eduaction and my typing is self taught somehow that turned into I want a socialist government? well I am comforted that 70% of america feels as I do despite the vocal minority who cling to an antique idea of religion and that the government can do no wrong.....I am in the solid majority and am stunned by some of these responces. well thats all for now after my great day at work were I am so proud to contribute to society I am off for now tending to the needs of my family, first I am takeing my daughter for an abortion, then my son and I are going to throw rocks at some passing trains

wow Lindy, I must have touched a nerve back there..! well I can say that the years spent working in the Legal Industrial Machine have paid off very well for you. You are an articulate and well versed woman, and you have that knack for turning any word around and make it serve your needs that lawyers are so skilled at...I congratulate you. Obviously when I spoke of threat I meant economic threat, but hey, according to you, its just symantics, right?. And being as educated a woman as you are, then you must have heard about the Condor Plan that Nixon laid out for Latin America? Perhaps in one of your many visits to this part of the world (by the way, this is a developing nation, not 3rd world..but hey, all the same to you, right?), you might have heard a thing or two about it..America meddeling in Latin American foreign affairs? Deciding which dictator rather than democratically elected president served American interests best? The most heinious dictators were all educated back in the US, at the School of the Americas, are you familiar with it? Your precious tax dollars go into teaching the art of torture...thank you America, I don't want to seem ungrateful. But I will not go on, people such as yourself have no interest in knowing, only defending what you already believe to be true. Your political views like your religious views are founded on blind faith, there is no room for debate or even willingness to consider that another point of view not only exists, but may be as valid as your own.
