Believers only believe in one creator even though he goes by many names

i never said it made it truth.

but let me ask you a hypothetical that has nothing to do with this.
Would you torture one guilty man to save thousands of innocent lives?

wow talking about going off topic .....who says he was guily? and what is he guilty of ...and why the hack do I have to torture the person...I have a million questions about this

Oh sorry, if he set a bomb in say a very large school and you have undeniable proof he did it, but you cant find the bomb and time is running out. Would you torture him to save the kids?

It was just a question in another thread and people think i am crazy cause I value the kids lives more than that guys right to not be tortured.

the time it takes to torture the guy then defuse the bomb could have been spent evacuating the kids out of the school

a school might have been a bad example.. think more like Oklahoma city bombing. A building like that would take a long time to evac and you have the guy in custody and officers at the building all in radio contact. Its a hypothetical where all options are exhausted.

it was an excellent example of this same senerio on an episode of Criminal Minds of a guy they had capture and others was going to blow up a shopping mall...the profiler use the guy own beliefs and religion against him to make him tell of details and that is how they stop the bombing but it wasn't any torture involved

lol ok fine dance around the question. It was a hypothetical saying you exhausted all options, if you are undecided its ok.

So according to believers logic I Am doesn't have a creator he is the only creator and after he himself always existed he decided to create the universe one day... so that means therefore according to believers logic the creators creator does not exist.

then that means according to believer's logic the universe didn't need a creator and always was

To deny the exsistance of God

"scttrbrain"..the original question does not dispute the existence of God the original question just suggest that going by believer's logic that God also has a God or a creator creator

To say what one feels
Sounds like a fart

which means that feelings could be the end result from one's eating habits

Cuts me to the core
It breaks my very heart

that something breaks your heart is just a "feeling" and doesn't mean that your heart is really broke ...it's an indication of irrational emotions

SHUT.......UUUUPPP.LOL

You really think you can answer for me? NOT.

"Chazster" how can I answer such a question unless I was in such a situation ....now let me reverse the question on you...

let's say the guy did bomb the school and killed all the children but the bomber got away and one day your child was hanging on the side of a cliff and you couldn't save the child but the bomber could and his wig fell off and you discovered that the bomber was your next door neighbor

now what if the bomber tells you that he will save your child but only if you promise never to reveal or help to reveal to anyone that he lives next door to you...now what would you do

this thread is about questions that the religious will just close their minds to and refuse to answer or just afraid to answer because it will question their suppose faith or question that they just can't answer rationally ..here's the first one

according to believers logic, God had to have created the universe because the universe couldn't have popped out of nothingness and create itself .....so therefore do the same logic apply to the creator

if the answer is no then could you explain why with a rational explanation

According to believers logic God created the universe
And it couldn’t have popped out of nothingness and create itself
So does the same logic apply to the creator?

Yes the same logic would apply because most believers don’t believe either 2 entities popped out of nothingness and created themselves. Most believers believe that God is eternal and he created the universe they don't go into detail about how he did it.

bigsmile bigsmile bigsmile

"imageorgiagirl" just because God is eternal doesn't mean he doesn't have a creator...maybe his creator is pre-eternal

But the question is based on believers logic and believers believe that God the creator created everything and was always eternal and that no one else created him. We are basing the answer on believers logic not any other logic right?

I am pretty sure you wanted an answer based on believers logic....

So I answered the question based on believers logic and no one elses logic...

So yes since the question is based on believers logic and believers don't believe another creator created God it is a moot point to even talk about a creators creator because believers don't believe God has a creator. see?

sorry "imageorgiagirl" you start off with believer's logic but then in the next breath switch over to believer's belief and that is what keep making your answers irrational
