I usually stay out of this thread in respect. To give you some place to call your own. However there has been bad behavior as of late. Many untrue statements hurled at people of the "opposition". If this is going to fall into that type of community I do not think I will be out of this thread for long. Please stick to truth. I have highlighted your statement that goes both ways, rabbit. Can you accept that? learn, grow, and be at peace. |

Heartprints
Whatever our hands touch- We leave fingerprints! On walls, on furniture On doorknobs, dishes, books. There's no escape. As we touch we leave our identity. Oh God, wherever I go today Help me leave heartprints! Heartprints of compassion Of understanding and love. Heartprints of kindness And genuine concern. May my heart touch a lonely neighbor Or a runaway daughter Or an anxious mother Or perhaps an aged grandfather. Lord, send me out today To leave heartprints. And if someone should say "I felt your touch," May that one sense YOUR LOVE Touching through ME. |

BEHOLD THE SAVIOUR OF MANKIND - by Samuel Wesley, 1662-1735 - BEHOLD the Saviour of mankind Nailed to the shameful tree! How vast the love that him inclined To bleed and die for thee! Hark, how he groans! while nature shakes, And earth's strong pillars bend; The temple's veil in sunder breaks, The solid marbles rend. 'Tis done! the precious ransom's paid, "Receive my soul," he cries! See where he bows his sacred head! He bows his head, and dies! But soon he'll break death's envious chain, And in full glory shine: O Lamb of God! was ever pain, Was ever love, like thine? |

Hi! Do you believe in Miracle?
B/c I do believe in miracle, and I do believe only our dearest God can do that, b/c he is powerful. There are a time's I was in a mid of trials, I don't what should I do, but everytime I keep on praying to him, esp. agonizing prayer, I do got his answer, and I overcome all the trials, I have a lot of miracle in my life, and in my family life. Everything I thank him for keeping in touch in our life. God bless |

THREE GATES If I am tempted to reveal A tale, someone to me has told About another, let it pass, Before I speak, three gates of gold. Three narrow gates: First, is it true? Then, is it needful? In my mind Give truthful answer, and the next Is last and narrowest, Is it kind? And if, to reach my lips at last, It passes through these gateways, three, Then I may tell the tale, nor fear What the result of speech may be. ~ Author Unknown ~ |

To you has been given the mystery of the kingdom of God; but those who are outside get everything in parables. —Mark 4:11, NIV (Jesus speaking) |

Parables allow you to make statements that would otherwise get you in trouble. In old England, those old nursery rhymes like Humpty Dumpty and Little Jack Horner were political satires. Many of Jesus’ parables made the Pharisees angry, because they taught things that weren’t to their liking, but stated them indirectly. The only teaching Jesus got in trouble for was His plain teaching that He is the Son of God. |

Many of Jesus’ parables made the Pharisees angry, because they taught things that weren’t to their liking, but stated them indirectly. That may not seem clear what sweet Britty is writing. Hello, dear. Please forgive my presumptive intrusion. |
