I don't think it's all that hard. For all my poor choices in dating, there's only been one partner of mine that cheated (well, that I know of, at least). I think it's up to us to be sagacious in our choices.

If you find it hard then you're either with the wrong person or you aren't ready yet for a true commitment. If this is about another person, the same goes.

why is so hard to be faithful to one person? Your question doesn't clarify, 'who' has a hard time being faithful. So... Why do 'you' think 'you' have a hard time being faithful?

Usually it comes down to a person who is not what they say they are or what they wanted in the beginning. It is not hard to stay faithful when you truly love your mate and honestly care about their feelings, because at the end of the day, the person won't hurt the person that they truly love by being unfaithful. How do women look out for and respond to the serial dating profile guy? The one that seeks to only please himself and lie to countless women? Do any of the women here have any experience with such a person and if so, how did they handle the situation?
