And after 2001 every body had a cell phone so they could watch, track, and listen to everything you do.

When Opus the pejguin declared his
attraction for small, buoyant waterfowl...
All Bill the cat could say was "Ack!".

For everyone in the meadow knew it was
merely a government ruse.

I got my information from a
comic strip called "The Outlanders".
At least, I think, that's what the
name was changed to.

Bird drones watching me is what I'm concerned about.

The vultures disguised as politicians and bureaucrats, especially IRS bureaucrats, are very concerning. They peck away at my income like it's a dead animal and feed to others who won't leave the nest to feed themselves.

Comic strip, historical roots and what not - all good stew till the day technology is there. Then concept papers jump out and government sanction's a pilot project and so on. Finally when a democracy is constrained to abandon it due to whistle blowing, late bloomers have already matured the technology and made available at low cost. China's Huawei, Israel's Pegasus, Russia's android spyware; i.e., assuming 'bird-drones' as catechism for these.

Actually it's only been a meme for a couple of years. And the guy who started it is making some serious cash selling T-shirts and what-not.

World is divided by those who buy the T shirts and those who do not or will not.

SEOUL, Dec 13 - South Korea will soon roll out a pilot project to use artificial intelligence, facial recognition and thousands of CCTV cameras to track the movement of people infected with the coronavirus, despite concerns about the invasion of privacy.

The nationally funded project in Bucheon, one of the country's most densely populated cities on the outskirts of Seoul, is due to become operational in January, a city official told Reuters.

The system uses an AI algorithms and facial recognition technology to analyse footage gathered by more than 10,820 CCTV cameras and track an infected person’s movements, anyone they had close contact with, and whether they were wearing a mask, according to a 110-page business plan from the city submitted to the Ministry of Science and ICT (Information and Communications Technology), and provided to Reuters by a parliamentary lawmaker critical of the project.

China, Russia, India, Poland and Japan as well as several U.S. states are among the governments to have rolled out or at least experimented with facial recognition systems for tracking COVID-19 patients, according to a March report by Columbia Law School in New York.

Birds recharge by sitting on power lines.

there are between 7,200- 37,500 volts ( some more) running thru a power line, depending on the distribution grid or final destination Hard to believe that a mechanical....anything can tap thru the insulation around the wire and recharge. but heh, you never know.

The only bird I can think of when you spout this conspiracy theory is the cuckoo bird. Where do you get this idiotic idea from. I guess you think the moon shot was not real. When a person makes this kind of statement they show their limit of reasonable thought. Birds are real, ask any hunter, pheasants, ducks, quail. I’m sure these hunters are not eating springs, batteries, wires. But it may be different in the land of illusion where you probably reside. Not everything on google is real, duhhhhh.

So where are the birds in American skies? I have not seen a single crow .., in DC

So okay, the government did not genocided the birds; the turkey feasters did! Now the day is not far when ..

U.S. Government genocided over 12 Billion birds from 1959-2001, and replaced these birds with surveillance drone replicas, which still watch us every day.

To begin with, these replicas will be assigned traffic cop duties. Shoot and then ask questions. Friendly fire is the name. The reason this 'conspiracy' got derailed is because Trump banned Huawei's 5G.

Make no mistake. The technology is there for angel drones to ward off government issue and is the reason the Dems want to annul the second amendment before moving forward with the replicas.

Without the 2nd amendment, the Republic is,,

The cow is of the bovine ilk;
One end is moo, the other, milk

Projections apart, there's a paper by Erickson, Johnson and Young on 'Bird mortality in the US'. The paper covers: avian fatalities due from air collisions, communication towers, contaminants, electrocutions, fishing by-catch, power lines, wind turbines .., - cover up for the real thing.
