Topic: Gratitude, Happiness, and Hope | |

As the year comes to an end, if you're like me, you find yourself reflecting on the previous year. The Year 2020 definitely brought us many challenges to face and overcome. It's often easier to focus on what didn't go right, what we didn't like, or what we lost or lacked, than to focus on gratitude, happiness, and joy.... the things that give us hope! I see the Year 2020 as being one of the greatest challenges in holding on to that feeling of gratitude and giving us a feeling of hope in the next year to come.
I ask that you all help me bring in that feeling of hope, to help light the way for the upcoming year. What are you grateful for? What things gave you a sense of happiness and joy this past year? It can be in words or pictures, just please make it positive. Let's nurture that little mustard seed of hope and help make it grow, for ourselves, as well as others. Thanks for your help! Things that I'm grateful for... 1. My friends and family 2. I have food to eat 3. Hot water |

You're welcome, and thank you, Unknown, I'm grateful you like it.
A few things that bring me happiness... 1. Watching the video of my Great Nephew opening his Christmas present from me and the sheer joy in his face, and hearing him say, "I love it". 2. Looking outside this morning and seeing it snow. 3. The smell of morning coffee. |

I'm grateful for all I've been able to learn, mostly via free material online, some paid-for webinars. It suited my aim of this year to focus on healing & growth.
Being able to get another car after my baby blue bell decided it was time to retire. Having enough & nice foods in the cupboards. |

I'm grateful that I have the day off, I usually work on Saturdays.
I love to bake, so I made homemade cinnamon rolls this morning. It's such a happy feeling when others enjoy my baking. My roommate has just about devoured all of them, haha. |

I'm grateful that:
1.I gain my health back and maintain exercising daily. 2.I appreciate the people that around me, finally send Christmas greetings to them during this festival season and let them know that I miss them(usually I seldom do it). 3. I finally say what I want to say to a person that I care even though no longer will be have special thing will be happened. 4. Being alive and still able to enjoy life. 5. Able to love and feel at the moment... |

~ I'm grateful for a good night's sleep.
~ I'm grateful for the Archangels, my spirit guides, the Universe, and our Creator. ~ I'm grateful I was able to set my ego aside and reach out to certain family members this year and Christmas, it has brought forgiveness to my heart, healed many wounds of the past, and opened my heart to once again receive the gift of love others want to share. ~ My hope is that those who have hardened their hearts or have become bitter due to any kind of pain... physical, emotional, and/or spiritual... find their way to whatever they need to heal and be set free from their world of suffering. That they find joy and happiness so that they may embrace life and have their hearts filled with compassion and love, for themselves, as well as others. ~ I'm happy I started this thread. ~ And I'm happy my coffee is ready. :) |

Grateful everything was still standing when I woke up in spite of the storm!
(I did ask AA Michael and his dragons and angels to protect it all) Happy I can finally sit on my new deskchair all day long. Really happy I found the strength and resolve to continue the not-smoking today! (After 3 days of smoking) |
