Dear Sibling. I am tired of taking care of mom 24/7 for two years without your help. She has been up since 1PM yesterday. Began sundowning at 4PM and is currently moaning and saying "Oh God." over and over. She cannot articulate anything else. It is now 825AM and I am at the end of my rope.

You have done absolutely nothing to help us. You gave me a pamphlet to read of different services to research and see which ones she needs.

Get off your *** and stay with her for a week. I know without a doubt you would crumble.
