I gave up caffeine. I got physically unadjusted of it. partly because I was inspired by Crystal’s more impressive and giving up smoking. I took up meditation and 4-7-8 breathing. Helped undo psychological addiction. Then I took up daily cold spigot shower.

Different foods, plus it's good for my car's battery to get a bit of a spin. After I've put the strap around the gates, just to be on the safe side when the 10Bft gusts hit. |

Thinking... how happy I am to have my internet back! They gone through a cable and it took until 2 to have it back. For 5 minutes... Then just after 4 it finally came back.
Fingers crossed. Life is quiet without internet --> no radio, no tv, no nothing. It's a big boohoo! |
