Which is better, answer subjectively. German or Irish beer? I can't tell as I've never drank Irish beer, but German beer is among the best if not the best for sure

"Once the land gets into your blood, you'll live and die for it". I'm not sure who said that. Think it comes from the Irrocoy or it could be a different tribe from New Jersey. I was born with the land in my blood. So America is my home no matter what happens here.

Of course everyone is! It is only a sick and deranged group of Americans stuck with a guilt trip trying to tell everyone that you aren't allowed to be like that. You like your country unless you are filled with programmed guilt.

Not necessarily.

There are people born in countries which are oppressed.
Think of any exodus in history.
Some people run in fear from their country of origin.
Some people are ashamed of their country of origin.

I was proud of the United States.
So proud I committed my life, health and welfare to its defense.
There was a greatness in it worthy of pride.

Recently, that pride has waned to shame.
We are belligerent, forceful and narcissistic on the world stage.
We force our beliefs on the rest of the world.
We demand, prevent and change others to be like us.
We enable the same in our allies.
We don't even respect our own ideals in-house.

Our own government is destroying our national pride.
Our unity is fragmented.
Personal immediate self-gratification is now more important than national unity.
How can anyone be proud of that?

I come from Southport, it hovers in the air a few miles above England and is a lot closer to heaven than the country underneath ,
I am proud to live here and it also has a Religious name and connection
It is fondly known as Gods Waiting Room

Britain made India Pale Ale a thing -not sure if it makes up for other stuff, but it's yuuummmmmmm and I can't drink drink normal beer anymore (well -if given an option -I guess I could drink any beer if there was no alternative -especially if free).

USA -Lots of super awesome stuff about it -some face palm-worthy stuff.
