leftovers......I need to learn how to cook for one person so I don't have so many leftovers. I know how, but I don't I prefer leftovers on those nights when I'm feeling lazy or I've been busy and don't have the time to cook and eat at an acceptable hour.

I know how to cook for one meal too but some things like stew it's not practical to even try. For those nights I don't fell like spending time cooking I have homemade pasta sauce or soup in the freezer in single serving containers.

You have girth and you can cook? Wow. OT: I'm thinking about having pizza delivered. I don't feel like cooking and it is going to rain all day so I'm not stepping foot outside.
