Rigatoni with meat sauce. Had to make a pot of sauce since I didn't have any left in the freezer.
The god thing is I opened a bottle of wine for the sauce so now I have to drink the rest of it b4 it goes bad. But I'll only have one glass with dinner. |

Stuffed clams and french fries I was going through the topic to maybe get inspired, and this reminds me of what I want to eat: mussels! Only problem being they sell 2kg packages only, which means I'd have to eat mussels tomorrow too. That I don't like that much. |

Welfare enchiladas lol
Take one bag of frozen burritos layer in spray greased baking dish, throw some shredded, cheddar cheese and Monterey ( they also sell taco cheese in package and that works to) over burritos , pour a small can enchiladas sauce red or green( I prefer green), slice up black olives ( or use already sliced) sprinkle over cheese put in oven 350 degrees till cheese all melted about 30 minutes . Makes great potluck dish.. |
