Belgian endive/Dutch chicory on top of mashed sweet potato with a tad of mustard through it, and ground beef.
Traditionally Dutch chicory is eaten wrapped in ham (the slices you eat on bread) but I don't eat pork. So ground beef it is :) Bit of old Rotterdam cheese on top, 30 mins in the oven ---> Chow time! I can't wait, starving!! |

Sounds good crystal
I'm making my version of cheesy fries Cut jicama into wedges, mix with olive oil, sea salt, fresh ground pepper, smoked paprika Baking instead of grilling them today Add lowfat mozzarella (I can't taste the difference, and the stringyness makes it seem like more of a indulgence) Extra sharp cheddar because I can use less but still get the flavor Top with crispy turkey bacon crunched up And I dip them in plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream because again I can't taste the difference I feel like I indulged and don't feel crappy after eating it |
