I woke up in the middle of last night to a big hale storm. I didn't know what was happening for a while. Wind and lightening going on. Today mostly cloudy with some rain.

I'm fine thank you Crystal. Water levels are decreasing now that it's stopped raining. Lots of roads closed and rail transport has been cancelled. There have been a few evacuations too
It is partly cloudy 15C with a good deal of sun and little wind. No need for you to hang my washing out as I've done it myself hehe. |

That's good as it would've gotten soaking wet here. I had rain, hail and thunder when I was at the GP's and on the way back.
But it was mostly the south side of the island, I'm on the northern side. It's often either one. Glad it's getting better at your place!! |

 I had to go outbearlier and I discovered that neither my new shoes nor my overcoat were quite as waterproof as I would have liked them to be

21C, grey dull blehh... I think it's safe to say summer's over, and it hadn't even started.

Had the freakiest weather just now.
There was a thunderstorm, the sun was splitting the sky it started to rain and then great big hailstones were bouncing off the windows. I honestly thought my windows were going to break. Car alarms going off too. For a moment or two the ground was almost white and it's 16C! Weird or what? |
