21C ... Mostly cloudy, sometimes a bit of sun.
Excellent to mow the lawn, which I just did, or half of it.

Kind of unpleasant when you start doing something, isn't it? Bit sticky.

Yes, muggy we say. Not much air! We are meant to be having thunderstorms but I think they're missing the south east corner.

I suppose the air quality where you are is almost always good? Maybe for the entirety of Scotland?
I just came across an article somewhere saying the air quality over here is one of the most polluted in the world.
Some say/believe in this province it is good as it's yokel county, lots of farms and tourism. But... we're smack in the middle of Antwerp (harbour), Flussing (harbour) and Rotterdam (harbour and huge industrial/storage area to do with the harbour).
Apparently we can also get crap air from Germany (Ruhr area) and sometimes from the UK (London / Southminster is opposite us), depending on the wind.
I was told that by a lab employee in hospital as he'd noticed that people here were more short of breath than in the other hospitals he worked.

At least where you are you got nothing but open ocean until the coast of the US or Canada. Must literally be like a breath of fresh air!

The air is good here but then again, I've always lived in the countryside anyway. I'm not too far from the sea (about 15 min drive). I guess the cities are more polluted though with cars, industries etc but I'm very rarely there. I'm a country girl at heart. I moved to my current location exactly a year ago and it's a very small town surrounded by open countryside. I'm happy here.

Sounds good :)
It's similar over here. Very rural area. I now live in a village with some 13.000 ppl, before a village -a hamlet I called it, haha- with some 350 inhabitants. If you were driving and put the peddle to the metal you wouldn't even see it, hahaha.
Both have their charms. Now I have a supermarket and pizzaria that I can cycle too, which is nice. The hamlet had nothing but a church and a tiny pub. We lived in between. Walk out the front door led to the pub, walking out the backdoor to church, haha.

I now live a mere stone throw from the North Sea and beaches, that's why it's so windy here, and why there's so many tourists.
But we're still smack in the middle of Antwerp, Rotterdam, Flushing although they are 1 - 1,5 hrs drive away.

I'd like to visit your area :) I have to make a huge round trip through Scotland to fulfill my desires anyway, hihi.

My town has a population of 5,000. A place where everyone knows everyone I guess. Very friendly too. Im blessed, my neighbours are lovely (well except for my immediate neighbour.....strange man).

The weather here is normally 2 degrees warmer than where I used to live even though I'm closer to the sea
