Topic: A Desperate Agenda | |
---|---|
According to democratic strategists and a senator from Hawaii the accuser of Bret Kavanaugh , Dr. Christine Ford, has said enough and no need to give testimony for him to be charged with sexual assault. That's not how are justice system works, if you can't name the place the time the day or even who was present at the time then you don't have a case and should not waste time of congress or FBI to do any investigations. This is just a ploy to delay the nomination of another conservative judge on the Supreme Court . No link for this , I saw it on tv news... This is just one pathetic desperate attempt the hold on to any power they can muster. Make Trump and his supporters out to be racist homophobes and sexists seems to be their M.O. When a simple hug givin to a little boy in flooded New Bern NC is portrayed as non supervised kid letting Trump touch a kid. Or he hug the " white kid ". Part of a desperate agenda. Biden saying his supporters are the dregs of society . Again the link is watch the news. I saw this on fox.

Kavanaugh accuser calls for FBI investigation before she testifies
"The woman who has accused Supreme Court Justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, Christine Blasey Ford, is calling for an FBI investigation before testifying in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee. And Ford's lawyers admonished the committee for scheduling the hearing so soon after her allegations became public". http://www.cbsnews.com/news/the-latest-on-brett-kavanaugh-nominee-denies-accuser-allegation-live-updates/ |

I heard about this on Local news today. I don't think the FBI will investigate because they need more evidence.
She needs to just go testify. They gave her four ways she could have her Hearing. Just another way to draw attention to how Trump is doing things while he is POTUS. |

Now she won't take calls from the senate. They want to set up an interview, and her lawyers won't allow it. Feinstein thought Kavanaugh would fold when this was announced. He didn't.This is sort of funny. They're arguing with a circuit court judge, law. She, (or her lawyers) want an Fbi investigation over something that does not fall into what they normally do. And wouldn't, because it's considered a matter for the local police.
This is a joke. A joke only the dems would pull. |

Feinstein blames GOP after Kavanaugh accuser stays mum, admits 'I can't say everything's truthful'
"Senate Judiciary Committee ranking Democrat Dianne Feinstein on Tuesday blamed Republicans for failing to get in touch with Brett Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford ahead of a planned hearing on Monday, even as GOP leaders said they've made repeated attempts to reach out, and accused Feinstein of refusing to help. Feinstein, who has vouched for Ford's credibility, also admitted she could not verify that Ford's allegations were entirely true. "I have no say, I'm the lead Democrat. ... I think it's really too bad that no one called her, or called her lawyer," Feinstein, D-Calif., told Fox News on Tuesday. "My understanding is she got emails. This is a woman who has been profoundly impacted by this. Now, I can't say everything's truthful. I don't know. But I do know that you've got to contact her lawyers." Ford's attorney, Debra Katz, did not respond to Fox News' requests for comment Tuesday. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/09/18/feinstein-blames-gop-after-kavanaugh-accuser-stays-mum-admits-cant-say-everythings-truthful.html |

The liar's story has morphed a few times.
Her sad story, lacks the credibility of any semblance of truth. |

Seems like much ado about nothing, on both sides, until the actual INFORMATION is released on what allegedly took place, unless I missed that part ....
while both sides judge the accusation, can anyone point out WHAT that accusation is/was? |

so, it seems this lady was assaulted in school at a party, confirmed by previous therapy notes, verification with the husband, and a lie detector test. It seems like when she first heard Kavanaugh may be put forth, she wrote a letter (in LATE July) to Feinstein, but requested anonymity in it, which Feinstein honored. It seems a news source, The Intercept reported on Sep 12 that Feinstein received such a letter that she was not turning over. it seems that Feinstein then on Sep 13 confirmed the possession of the letter and that she had turned it over to 'investigators' so ... the lady probably cant do much except ruin a man's reputation with her claim. sexual misconduct is very hard to PROVE especially decades later, when it is only a he said/she said, but that doesnt stop people from ostracizing or outcasting the alleged suspect. anyway, they were in high school and decades have passed, people can change ALOT from high school or even college, into adulthood. What matters most is a trend where people have NOT changed and are engaging consistently in a certain way. Feinstein's hand was forced with the Intercept report, and she did what was right. I really dont care how stupid people were as young people, as long as they evolved and matured. I think that is what the final decision should be made on, the character of a candidate, not in only one point in time, but over their lifetime, especially in their capacity to grow and learn and evolve. If his character is collectively showing as sexist and privileged, or if he still gets so drunk as to impede judgment so severely, it should be a concern, but not just because of one evening in his younger years, UNLESS there was a crime for which he was not prosecuted, which is a different matter. |

WHY CHRISTINE BLASEY FORD’S HIGH SCHOOL YEARBOOKS WERE SCRUBBED: Faculty Approved Racism, Binge Drinking and Promiscuity
On Monday Sept. 17th, Christine Blasey Ford’s high school yearbooks suddenly disappeared from the web. I read them days before, knew they would be scrubbed, and saved them. Why did I know they would be scrubbed? Because if roles were reversed, and Christine Blasey Ford had been nominated for the Supreme Court by President Trump, the headline by the resistance would be this: https://cultofthe1st.blogspot.com/2018/09/why-christine-blasey-fords-high-school_19.html?m=1 |
