The belt loop thing may be sexy, but unless you flutter from one guy to the next, there aren't all that many 'first kiss' moments in life, not enough to come up with a regular MO for it.

I haven't initiated a 'saucy' first kiss since 1984.
Since my marriage ended, it has always been the woman that initiates the first kiss.

I have an impulse reaction that happens when I am being kissed.
My hands automatically gently touch her face or cradle her head by her ears, under her hair.

Then again, I have also had those just out of nowhere, you just lean in and plant one on her. If she kisses you back, then it is game on for longer kissing.
