One can manage to forgo sex-for quite a few years without suffering any fatal effects. Now, if one is deprived of a healthy bowel-movement for several years;there would be quite a bit more physical pain & traumatic suffering in such an infliction;}

I want to enjoy sex for as long as my body will allow. I don't think age should be a factor. It gets on my last nerve, that lots of newspaper articles, like to portray anyone over fifty as fragile. I know some of the most athletic fifty-somethings you'll ever meet.

yes sex is very important no matter what the age is..it is a good stress buster but only if one can do it. Healthy life style will keep both men and women active sexually.
