Above I actually am asking questions. I have heard what basic science 101 has to say about these things... the Big bang etc.

But where does any mass really come from? I think it all has to do with vibration and frequency... but what do I know? Nothing.)

I don't really think science has the answers to these all of questions. They observe, report and name things and they make statements. But most of the time they don't have the kinds of answers that are really important.

Where does the energy come from that made the mass (or the big bang if you believe that) that made the universe as we know it?

They will say that this element and that element got together and created some other element etc.

.. where did these elements come from?

Do asteroids really bring life and DNA to planets? Does a volcano in the bottom of the ocean really spit out tiny one celled organisms?

Are these not forms of life in some stage of development? If DNA is not "live" then is it not a formula for life? Where does this formula come from?

Where do these forms of life come from? What makes them alive? At what point does any bit of "matter" go from being "not alive" to alive?

Have I considered enrolling in further education?

The answer is NO. I am curious, yes, but I DON'T much respect today's academia because I see what they are cranking out.

Even our high schools are cranking out idiots who can't even read.

Even when I did go to college, my English teacher came up to me and told me that I was the only person in the class that could construct a sentence. She said these other students should have never graduated High School. She could not understand how they got into College. I will tell you how. The College's just want your money.

we already know the video is bunk, it doesn't need to be debunked to anyone else but you. you won't listen or even entertain the idea the video could be wrong, so why should we try when you won't open your closed mind? believe what you want, your the only one that can make sense out of anything anyway...

I for one, don't care about a dumbass video made by an idiot. Why bother debunking something that is obviously spurious? You choose to believe what you want and anything anyone says won't change that, so it is an exercise in futility to even try. Here's a novel idea-if you treat people with respect, you may just get it in return.

Continental Drift

The hypothesis of continental drift was largely developed by Alfred L. Wegener, a German lecturer in astronomy and meteorology, who suggested that the Earth's continents had at one time been joined. In 1912, Wegener proposed that all the continents were previously one large continent, but then broke apart, and had drifted through the ocean floor to where they are now located. Wegener studied the distribution of animals and fossil land plants to help him in his interpretations. He found that the plant Glossopteris had left behind leaf remains which were relatively common in the Southern Hemisphere continents. This supported his hypothesis, as Wegener reasoned that in order for Glossopteris leaves to be found in the widely spaced continents of the Southern Hemisphere, the continents must once have been joined. Using this idea, he reconstructed all the continents which contained evidence for commonality into a supercontinent which he named Pangea. Interestingly this was all the southern continents, along with India. Wegener also studied the distribution of major rocks and mineral deposits. He found that when he fitted Africa and South America together along their continental shelves, large blocks of ancient rock called cratons formed continuous patterns across the dividing line. The mountains that run from east to west across South Africa seemed to link with the range near Buenos Aires in Argentina.

Wegeners's findings were published in 1915 in his book Die Entstehung der Kontinente und Ozeane (The origin of the continents and oceans).

His ideas were not widely accepted as critics thought that the evidence was not strong enough, that the underlying cause of the drift was not explained and that the drift was impossible. He was attacked by many critics and this eventually took its toll on his career. Despite his undisputed talents as a teacher and the continuing loyalty of his close associates, he was unable to obtain a professorship in a German university and eventually left Germany for the University of Graz in Austria.

Through the discovery of palaeomagnetism after the second world war and the development of oceanography it was possible to support Wegener's theories and convert the critics.
