the 613 is in depth detail about what we are to do and what we are not to do. If you love thy neighbor as thyself you will not lie to them, you will not steal from them, you will not hurt or harm them in anyway and much more. If you love the lord thy God with all your heart soul, mind and body, you will not curse him, you will not obey a false gospel, you will not worship a false God.

There is only one lord thy God, and that is Jesus Christ. If someone worships another being as their lord and God, they are worshiping a false God, for there is only one.
