Topic: WHAT IS THE TRINITY ? | |

but anyway...it wouldn't matter if the commandment states thou shalt not kill or thou shalt not murder....because either way it means that people do die here on Earth
so for those that claim that Jesus is God this would means that the people including those innocent babies that drown in the great flood were all killed by Jesus which is why since Flesh and Blood can not inherit Heaven...Jesus has to come back and kill all the Christians during The Rapture and turn them into Christian ghosts, that way they can just float up to wherever..Jesus may not know how to fly an airplane |

Only you have made any accusations about God's word. you tried to claim that "thou shalt not kill" was not the commandment that God place into the bible ...how many other things in the bible do you also deem to be inaccurate ...or do believers get to pick and choose which ones are when it serves their own personal agenda all you supposedly know about God is from what is written in the bible...this is why you are suppose to believe that everything written in the bible is the true word of God...if not...then you have no Faith if the bible states that thou shalt not Kill...then who are you as a believer to question it... you as a believer are supposed to follow that commandement...blindly... and without question |

And the more accurate translation is thou shalt not murder, for murder is unlawful taking of a life of another. Killing someone is the act of murder. if the bible states that thou shalt not Kill...then who are you as a believer to question it... you as a believer are supposed to follow that commandement...blindly... and without question We're not to follow anything blindly. Being a Christian isn't following Jesus blindly. It has nothing to do with what the "bible" says. The bible itself is just a book. It is the knowledge it possess that is important and valuable, the scriptures themselves. That's why I cross referrence with the original and don't blindly accept another's interpretation of what the scriptures say. |

Killing someone is the act of murder. it's impossible to murder someone without first killing them .... if Jesus comes back to Earth and kill anyone but suicidal Christians that are so disgusted with life that they wish to die anyway...then he is committing the act of murder it's amazing that you are looking for ways to justify killing people ..in which teachings of Jesus was that being taught |

No, I cross reference with the original writings of the scriptures. about a month ago you believed that The Holy Spirit and The Holy Ghost was two seperate entites, was this also something that you crossed referenced? if you have to cross reference what's written in the bible instead of having Faith that it is the true word of God then quoting from The KJV or any bible translated in English because in doing so you would be a hypocrite this is why if you actually did "love" Jesus you would learn to speak Hebrew and/or Greek show Jesus that you care |

Jesus gives life. And who's disgusted with life? You maybe, but we aren't. We love life, life is a precious gift given to us. You're the only one speaking of justifying killing anyone, or even just killing anyone for that matter. Why so stuck on killing someone and murder? Do you have personal grudges against someone(s) or something? |

No, the thing about the holy ghost and holy spirit was not crossed referenced, that was just what I "thought". But then further discussion on here and cross referencing it with the original scriptures is how I came to the conclusion they were the same. if you have to cross reference what's written in the bible instead of having Faith that it is the true word of God then quoting from The KJV or any bible translated in English because in doing so you would be a hypocrite How would I be a hypocrite? Why always trying to make it so personal? Why all the insinuation and insults? I use the KJV because that is what a great majority of people use. So it's easier to discuss the scriptures using something most everyone atleast knows about. |

I love Jesus with all my heart, soul, mind, and body. I am very greatful Jesus has mercy on what I lack. Mistakes and following all of Jesus' teachings have almost nothing to do with one another. I am still merely a mortal man, I still am confined by this flesh, I still make mistakes. But when a mistake is made that is why either I correct it or someone else corrects me. It is not left with that error, only you remain with the error Funches lol. Only you stay there, the rest of us move on when the error is corrected. It's called learning. |

I meant WTF? No, would not be a hypocrite quoting from it. Most people use the KJV, so I use it so they know what I'm talking about. And God doesn't have to "interpret" anything. God gave the law, it is our job to interpret it if we wish to know it. Most people just go with the KJV interpretation of it, and that's fine. Not downing someone elses interpretation. But it is just that, their interpretation. Not saying mine is greater, or worse. Why take threads out in left field like this Funches? Why not stay on the topic? Why throw insults and get this thread all out in left field and way away from the original discussion it was wanting to have? |
