If you have a drivers licence, driving is a right, not a privilege.

We the people pay for the roads, and we pay for the cars, and we pay for the gas.

No, it's a priviledge that can be taken away at anytime!

In Germany, citizens were also recruited to spy on people and report anything "suspicious" and turn in their neighbors for helping Jews or being Jews.

It has begun here now. They are beginning the training of citizenS to rat on each other for being suspicious.

With the new laws, a suspicious person can be arrested, (kidnapped) and never be seen again.

Well. I (wrote in),voted for Ron Paul.

Progressives are getting what dey massah is signing.

Demand Ron Paul be nominated and vote for freedom.

We cant write people in here in Nevada, we have the electric voting machines or id write in George W. Bush.

As far as I could tell, it was the THP that was forcing people to stop, not the TSA.

Did you actually watch the video?

Yes. If you saw otherwise, and provide the time stamp, I'd love to take another look.

Yes I saw otherwise. I don't even know what the THP is. This is a you tube video, I don't know what you mean by providing a time stamp.

whats the alternative?

what do people say when we do get attacked someday, ? do we just blame our own government again and insist it couldnt have been any one else?

sometimes precautions are just precautions and not conspiracies to repress the public,,,

The alternative is to stop the government from being allowed to terrorize people by stopping them for no reason with drug and gun sniffing dogs as if they are criminals.

The "when we get attacked someday.." is a fear instilled into the dumbed down public so they will put up with the new police state.

I just spent $300.00 to replace a cracked windshield in my car to prevent the police from having an excuse to stop me. I guess that was a waste of money. Apparently now they don't need any excuse at all.

What we should do is to stop letting the government frighten us. There are no "terrorists." Sure, there are criminals. There always have been. There may even be a few crazies out there. Find them the old fashioned way. With police work and investigation. NOT by harassing citizens going down the road at random.

And stop being so afraid.

And stop thinking the government is going to protect you.

When the going gets really really rough, like some atomic bomb goes off or a giant mega volcano destroys most of the U.S. you are probably not going to get much help from ye ol government as they will be hiding in their hidy holes and underground bunkers until they think it is safe to come out.

The government is more likely to illegally search you or arrest you for some petty trumped up crime after an illegal search.

Stop being so afraid of fabricated terrorists.

I have explained that IM not afraid, Im honest and realistic

I know that if my neighbor could be a criminal, if my kids teacher could be a pedophile, certainly CERTAINLY some elements of other nations could be terrorists

I know timothy mcveighs are out there, I know they dont always look like white males but might also look like muslims or even jews

I appreciate that people MAY be trying to protect us by doing SOMETHING which requires a little sacrifice than leaving it all open to CHANCE so that no sacrifice is asked of me,,,

I have military members , family and friends, who explain to me the REAL dangers, they have seen them first hand, they are not politicians, or elected officials, and I consider them extremely intelligent

I Believe there can be corruption ANYWHERE there are human beings, I dont believe I should suspect every human being and every system of absolute corruption because of it though,,,

Give me liberty.

Anyone stops me for no reason .... that is an illegal arrest. I will sue them.

I agree. I have been stopped for exceeding speed limits or running a stop sign or having failed vehicle equipment, ,not yet for NO REASON

unless you count the time we were stopped for talking while we were driving, but since there was no arrest, there was really nothing to sue for,,,,being I believe the courts should be for real, harm causing, injustices as opposed to annoying inconveniences''

random stops, which are truly random, also dont bother me as Id rather them have an opportunity to catch drunk drivers before they kill people as opposed to waiting for AFTER the accident to take action,,,

Random stops for no reason is a violation of constitutional rights.

You can better catch a drunk driver by looking at how he is driving.

Talking while you are driving is no crime and as far as I know there is not law against it. People do it all the time. Now if you were talking on a cell phone and being distracted, I can see where someone might stop you.

FYI any stop where you are not allowed to drive off whenever you wish is considered an arrest whether you are charged with anything or not.

Some laws allow a person to be held for some amount of hours if there is a reason to suspect he committed a crime.

If that's how you feel, you have no right to complain if they use that to stop YOU for something unrelated to drunk driving, because you gave them the authority to do it in the first place.

constitutional rights are interpreted by the courts, which have not found any of this to be uncsontitutional,,,

a stop is not an arrest

the law takes into account the time it takes to DETERMINE whether an arrest is in order, which obviously cant be done once the party has left the scene,,,
