how good are you at reading/recognizing body language?

i misinterpret it more than i'd like to admit unless it's obvious

too good, I find that people are more and more often saying things with their mouths that their body language doesnt reflect

but I try to take people at their word, so its a hard balance to find,,,,,,

Not good at all.
It does not even enter my consciousness.
I am glad because I would not want to
assume anything about someone from
the way they blink or something.

it's been a very important part of my job in the past - so in certain settings I am quite good at it

usually

altho being human at least in part, I sometimes overlook the obvious

Very good. Some days I call it a blessing, and some days I call it a curse for my own reasons glasses
I've often thought what it would be like to be oblivious to people's intentions. flowerforyou

Ohhh hell just give me the verbal any day I would rather one that speaks their mind instead of me having to analyze what they want by body language.......

Pretty good. But I don't just go by body language, I'm also an intense listener. Also watch for the things that aren't being said, it sometimes tells you more about the other person than anything else.

absolutely agree

the spoken word rules

I make no assumptions based on body language alone - it is at best an aid

I am excellent at it. Unfortunately I am also good at second guessing myself. And after a thirty minute, in my head convo about does she or doesn't she like me, the chick has moved on to another dude. It's tragic. laugh

i might as well be blind when it comes to body language

actually, i can pick up on disinterest fairly easily. it's the interest that i can't see.

Not to bad. Especially after the animals verify it. If the dogs don't like you, then its probably never going to go much farther.
