I rarely dont feel happy,
I stay thankful for everything I have. I enjoy everyone around me. I see very little that I need to take seriously. If I have to do something, I do it and laugh while I am doing it. If I need to do something but cant, I just ignore it and find a way to work it out. If I cant work it out, I just forget it. I dont worry, I dont have time. I dont deal with much reality, I cant be bothered, it clutters my head. I plan on enjoying everything that I have too enjoy and will ignore anything or anyone that gets in the way of that. I probably live a totally unrealistic life, but really I dont care. My life is good. My life is what I make it, and I have chosen to make it happy, uncomplicated, and full of people whom I care about. |

Like Josie, I appreciate every day.
I think how lucky to be in this time and in this place. To love and be loved. I think it upon waking, and I drift to sleep pondering it. It makes me happy. Then I try to make others happy. That is the mother of all rewards. |

Not always. I create my own happiness.
I feel happy when I can help others, achieve something with hard labour. Even writing in this forum gives me a lot of enjoyment. (But it is hard truth that I am not well conversnt with this language. ) |

I fell happy most of the time because I try to focus on the things, people and circumstances that I am lucky to be with.
In times of unhappiness, I go out and share smiles with a lot of people I care for. Then the smiles turn into laughters. |

There are many feelings I actively exercise on a daily basis. Happiness, gratitude, passion, wonder, courage, gentleness, kindness, excitement, faith, feeling proud, creative...
I have found it takes as much energy to feel unhappy, and given the choice, I'd rather exercise the muscles of great feelings. It doesn't mean there aren't challenges, there are. But when I meet them knowing they are bumps in the road of life, my entire experience is different. Funny, I have lost everything I worked a lifetime for, only to find myself...I discovered I am the artist of my life, and I want to create a masterpiece. |

I'm generally pretty happy as it is, so I don't have to go out of my way to make myself happy. But, things such as being around friends and doing things I enjoy around here keep me happy.

I have an artist living inside of me that gets unhappy if I don't let her out to paint once in while. I had that same problem. All you have to do is have her surgically taken out. |

Do you feel happy? What do you do to feel happy? Happiness is a fairytale. Well, true happiness is. There are moments that I feel happy, but it's not a real feeling. It's kinda like my depression. I have constant suicidal urges, but I would never really kill myself, though I have seriously tried in the past. |

I feel happy most of the time.
I feel better by going to Dragonmans range and shoot very large caliber weapons, then smoke a cigar till the calm comes over me. |

Totage,
I don't understand why a person would be unhappy. If you are unhappy you will not have the ability to attract what you want in your life, and instead you will attract what you don't want. Joy is the natural state of your inner being because that is your connection to source. Don't worry, be happy. It is very important that you direct your attention to things that make you feel happy. |
