Mangoes, tree ripened fresh Bowen mangoes! Lychees...fresh from the farm, picked that morning...yummo! Mulberries!...juicy sweet warm mulberry pie with fresh whipped cream! Fetta cheese and plump kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes, tahini and chapattis. A giant crisp mixed leaf salad with cherry tomatoes, sweet red capsicum, roasted eggplant, all the fetta, olives etc of above...with a garnish of fresh basil, mint, roasted sunflower seeds, eshallots., and a balsamic dressing. Rats jess did you have to remind me about all the real food, now I want a mangoe, which we havent had heaps of this year, the lychees are prentiful i could eat them until I burst and the mulberries, well they are great except that i am purple by the time I finish picking and eating. LOL but its worth it. I sooo love all our fruit. |
