My homemade spaghetti and meatballs is about my favorite thing to eat. It's world famous, totally unique and I always keep eating it until I'm in a food coma. Which I think makes it a definite favorite.

However, that crab bisque they make at Boudreauxs would be a close second.
WELL AWESOMEEEEE CHEERS you bring your homemadespaghetti and meatballs to the party CHEERS

For authentic Texas grub

We got a world class steak house (Perini Ranch)

Mesquite smoked quail with fried agave' (cactus strips)

Fried catfish from Deautchlanders...they got a tank out back and every order is FRESH

We got the BEST chicken fried steaks ......droooling

For Mexican, no joke....buying the burritos and flautas and chimichangas from a cooler in the back of some enterprizing illegals station wagon! I don't know why white people just can't do it but their homemade tortillas and picante just beat the living hell out of anything I ever had in any resteraunt. Must be cause they wake up at 2am to start cooking their $1 burritos. I throw em a $10 everytime.

i had to look that up lol never heard of it lolllllll it says........Scrapple, also known by the Pennsylvania Dutch name pon haus,[1][2] is traditionally a mush of pork scraps and trimmings combined with cornmeal and flour, often buckwheat flour, and spices. The mush is formed into a semi-solid congealed loaf, and slices of the scrapple are then panfried before serving. Scraps of meat left over from butchering, not used or sold elsewhere, were made into scrapple to avoid waste. Scrapple is best known as a regional American food of the Mid-Atlantic States (Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland). Scrapple and pon haus are commonly considered an ethnic food of the Pennsylvania Dutch, including the Mennonites and Amish. Scrapple is found in supermarkets throughout the region in both fresh and frozen refrigerated cases.now i know interesting stuff :)))))
