Is that feminine or masculine?

I'm leaning masculine on that
one I like how a man can push
the vacuum with one hand and
lift the couch with the other

I think Bob Dylan summed it up. "Just Like a Woman"

This topic came up in an earlier thread and made me wonder.
Of course it always comes down to preference...
Gentlemen, what is "feminine" to you?
Ladies, what do you consider "masculine"?

Feminine....nurturing, supportive, keeper of the spiritual realm and emotional honesty.

Masculine....protector, competant, confident, assertive and keeper of the material realm.

Not imposing words, but "own" interpretation.....

meaning spheres and NOT roles?

Definitely...not roles, but spheres..

and the hilarity is, that we are ALL parts of the masculine and feminine...

no separation. laugh

I guess I was thinking of more attributes like..maybe confidence, the ability to make me feel safe, to take charge...
stuff like that, but I suddenly just went brain dead.

I think brain dead can be sexy in a woman. I can see where it would quell lots of arguments in the future.laugh

well row, no men are coming in and that's what I'm wanting to know. Someone posted something earlier about the kind of women he likes are feminine and girly So I'm wondering what exactly that is. Is it a look or action, speech, mannerism....
inquiring minds want to know, damn it! laugh

You asked me about this in another thread. I will give examples of what I believe is feminine. This is my opinion and others may differ.

She is kind, sweet, gracious

She wears dresses or skirts most of the time. When she wears pants or shorts they are preppy.

She doesn't wear a ton of makeup but enough to enhance her beauty. She doesn't adorn herself with a lot of jewelry but enough to catch ones eye. I personally think a strand of pearls is sexy.

She likes to cook, bake, do crafts, if she has kids be involved with their activities with them.

If she works she acts professionally even if it is a blue collar job.

AND MOST OF ALL...strong, confident with her femininity. A strong feminine woman is extremely sexy to me!! Strength doesn't mean abusive or loud. She is intelligent to speak with tact and with facts to back up her point.

Things she should not do...

Never be abrasive unless provoked and as a last resort.

Slutty, dress showing almost everything. A little sexy is good.

Always submissive...she should be able to take control at times.

Again, jmo

alright, fair enough... had me wondering. I think this list would vary with different men though. Some of these are are an obvious personal preference. Actually I can fit in there on most..but I hate to cook and bake....
Define "abrasive" in the context your using it there.
Also " always submissive"

Please, if you wouldn't mind...

It's ok....I can cook...

always submissive...I knew that would get a response. I am mainly talking about how they are in the bedroom. I am for a relationship where decisions are equally made.

I'm a sub in the sub/dom - I understood what u meant, but trust it is the only thing submissive....winking
