For starters, it's not graven. Graving involves stone, we don't make statues of Jesus and or God. And other then that with your theory, if i took a picture of a car in Texas and claimed it was a car in Texas, then we seen that exact car drive down the road in NewMexico i would be lieing. Because obviousely i don't have a picture of a car in Texas, it just drove down the road in NewMexico.

This concept can't work my friend. The image we have of Jesus is of when he was on this earth, therefor not any image of him in heaven.

the commandment said have no images of anything in Heaven ...so is Jesus in Heaven or what?

Is an image of Jesus while he was on earth, i have no idea what he looks like in heaven, nor is the images of him in heaven. Nor are they graven, it specifically says graven for God doesn't want us to make any statues and worship the statues. This would be idolatry, which God forbids.

perhaps because Jesus was nailed to a cross that is how he now looks in Heaven...who knows...all that matters is if Jesus is in Heaven you are not supposed to be using any images here on earth that represents him .......so again I ask...is Jesus in Heaven?

That's because you give us no other choice. If you won't believe what's in the bible, then why would you believe what a parable is if it was from the bible as well?

I give you no choice? ....have I taken away your "Free Will" ....as I said...anything that is not the truth is a lie ....if parables are metaphoric...then it is not truth ...which means that Jesus was using parables to not tell the truth

also you still didn't answer my question ....how many people in your life spoke in parables everytime they talked to you

You take no free will away, just limit the possibilities. Cause i can always just stop talking, that would be free will right there and NO one can take that away from anyone.

Yes he is in heaven, and we're back to my original post in this particular conversation.

God didn't hand his "power" over to Jesus, God only gave Jesus the right, ability, and knowledge to judge the world.

as I said...anyone or everyone can have the power to judge the world but only God has the power to judge on judgement day ...you trying to give Jesus this power is you dismissing God

So you're saying even though so and so is president of a country and this other person is the judge, they are dismissing the president?

No my friend, God has just given Jesus that task to judge us, doesn't make God any less of a God, just makes him not the judge.......... that's all.

the president of the country would announce that he handed over power to someone else...if not...then the someone else give themselves that power....it's called a coup

this is why I said if you can not find a passage in the bible where "God himself" gave such power to Jesus ....then God did not give it, Jesus took it

oh but God does say it, in an in-between the lines kinda way. Before Jesus walked this earth, people were punished for their sins while they were still here, eg., eye for an eye. Then when Jesus came we wait to be judged, and and many references of Jesus being judge in the bible. Maybe not by him HIMSELF, but when you add all the evidence it's perfectly clear.

MOST EVERYONE DOES IN ONE WAY OR OTHER.

- It's cold as ice out here
- It's a furnace in here *it's hot in here*
- It's hotter then the 4th of july
- I'm as fat as a pig.

ALL PARABLES.

Not always. Again here's another definition from another dictionary.

----------------------------------------------
a statement or comment that conveys a meaning indirectly by the use of comparison, analogy, or the like.
---------------------------------------------

If you'll notice nothing about any stories, or even anything religious.

again you're making excuses...graven images can be made of metal which is generally used to make a cross and they can be portable...also if God is omnipresence it wouldn't make a different if the graven image was in Heaven or on Earth because wouldn't God still see it.....this is why you are simply not supposed to use a cross

Cowboy, all of those examples are about Catholicism. Abra made the claim: "So Catholicism is really the only true form of Christianity left".

Catholicism is the only true form of Christianity, the rest of the sects believe that all they have to do is accept Jesus as their lord and savior and to hell with everything else, including to disregard the bible and the teachings of Jesus and choosing to commit sin and heathenous at every given opportunity ..

the Catholic church should make it clear that to be a true christian means to be a catholic

see what we have here is the failure to excommunicate

This shows how little you pay attention.

So you thing paganism is Christianty also???

Cowboy...thanks for the passage because it proves that Jesus didn't speak to his disiples in parables but did use parables to speak to the the masses among others ...

which means when Jesus told his disciples that the bread that they would be eating was his flesh and that the wine that they would be drinking was his blood he was speaking to them not in parables but in truth ....they were turning canniblism and vampirism into ritualistic practices ...the birth of Communion
