I like to put Cavender's Greek seasoning on almost everything. Just
wondering if others had favorite seasonings. I used to make Cavender's so I know what is inside of it. We had to stop putting Monosodium Glutamate in it which was one of the preservatives. |

lol, guess i'm boring, i use garlic, salt, oregano, lol, that's pretty
much it. sometimes i'll use some rosemary, but not very often, lol. |

I love the garlic, ciao bela. I have heard of using oregano in
spaghetti. I am sure there is some use for rosemary. We have it in greek seasoning. |

Ground pepper tastes different than regular pepper in my opinion like
fresh ground coffee. The aroma is different. |

Has anyone found a good purpose for allspice? Surely it is good for
something. |

You can get all these little bottles of spices and I have noticed while
visiting others that some of them never get used. |

I can handle hot chili peppers but Habenero; No way.

A nurse brought her own homemade dip to work. It had onions, peppers,
green chilies and tomatoes. I couldn't eat enough bread to counteract the destruction it did to my stomach. |

I have heard that you will never see a Mexican with the common cold. I
don't know how true it is. I think the common cold is afraid of hot peppers. |

Salt, onion, garlic, Black pepper are the basics. For me, a ad a little
salt to almost everything BEFORE i cook it. (it is a mineral that does extract the flavor of the food) But when in doubt, Franks RedHot Hot Sauce, and a lot of it! |
