They're only BRAVE in packs. Had it been one on one it most likly never would have taken place. And the parents (especially the big mouth mother)of the *itches/gangstas should be charged as well even if it's financially for all including the full incarceration. Cause some of them live through thier kids knowing that they would be in legal trouble and figuring the kids get juvi and that it's erased from thier record @ 18. But it's really never erased or sealed.

Gosh Folks it's not the first only or last to be in cyber. On myspace are plenty of them where the beating is just as bad and one where one of the victims had tried as hard as she could to get away before she pulled out a knife and ended up stabbing one of the males pretty good behind the knee before she got away. They should all be tried as adults and get the max. Juvi is like summer camp. No lesson but lots to talk about. I can't believe this is the first one to make news as if it's the only one on there.

I think you should go to court and get regular child support regardless of what he gives you and then you would not have to ask for what is owed to you in the first place. This way he can graduate from sperm donor to father and maybe someday to a dad.
