...I've a brother who will be going overseas. I am trying to get
assignment overseas to protect him. He's older but we have stuck
together through thick and thin as boys. Now we're men....well...I am,
he's still immature
Keep him in your prayers along with all of the armed forces. Even our
leaders can use your prayers. Their decisions are our commands.

When I was deployed I never understood where people got off thinking I
ever wanted to be brought home and even more confused on what gave them
the right to speak for me?

People like you think us "troops" are some property you can call home
and that government can call out. WTF...we are professionals doing a job
we volunteered for.

The support is nice, but don't think for second your opinion is the same
as ours.

over there, I lost manyfriends over there and you have the audasity to
call us dumb? I faught to save my friends and yes for my country,
whether you think so or not, we were there for our country and families
and friends.
So the dumb one here is looking in the mirror at you, I had to bring
my best friend home in a box to his mother, I watched his casket get
spit on and called ababy killer, we killed no children, ur specialty was
pow camps.
You need to go talk to some Veterans before you run your head about
something youknow nothing about.
I support our soldiers whether it is a meaningful waror not, tey are
there for you, me and my children, and yours,, and this country, don't

all the viet nam vets I know said they were used, abused and when got

the round in my chect and the round in myback was for an oil company,

Im not sure I said that, but I did say that the troops are being used
not to defend America, our Freedoms or the US Constitution but for oil
profits, and building Empires and embracing Israels war plan.

To those defending our TROOPS no reason to say your sorry for defending
your fellow MAN. For as I just told Kerry I would espect a Man to defend
this country and our TROOPS. In no way is anyone saying we like WAR or
the results it brings on.

My Dad God Bless Him serverd 2 terms in the Korean War. As I was
telling Kerry I never understood why he was so persistent on being
buried near the American Flag. Until after he passed away 3 years ago
and started to do research on our family tree. My Grandfather entered
this fine Country in 1906 he was just a child coming here from Germany
and all the horrible things there. My Dad after doing the search was the
FIRST of the SCHMIDT FAMILY to join the military in this Country that
took them with open arms. There was never a doubt in my Dad's mind to
protect this Country that gave his parents there freedom. Which in terms
meant gave us a place we could call home. My Dad did get his wish though
he is in a VA plot with the AMERICAN FLAG FLYING PROUDLY with less than
50 ft of were he is buried. So you see the FLAG and THE TROOPS fight for
alot more than just oil. They Fought for each one of us in order for our
familys in the FUTURE has a place to call HOME!!
