Where do you suggest we go to meet someone? I'm all over the place and I could light my hair on fire and not meet anyone.

Interesting, my sister's(married), do not understand..have made suggestions for me, I am back in a place like I was before I married, listening to people who know nothing about my life.

I have gone to places, even tried to learn to dance..it has served to offer me great things to write about and ponder in retrospect. I am looking into a motorcycle club, a sailing club and think I might do..an interview, ..you know man (woman on the street) interview..hahahah better be careful about that one..I strike up conversations, look in the eye and am friendly..I am told, it is that chemistry thing. What is it about? The 40-ish like me, the 80-ish love me, and I am too motherly for the 50 and mid 60's. The 70-ish tell me I am too young. so..where do I go..to a coffee shop, take a walk and try to trip someone..that could work..one thing, though, my sister's know not what they talk about!!!

I find that over 50+ men are not interested in women their age. They are here looking for much younger women. Who are the 50+ women supposed to date, men in their 90's?

yes, I have had a couple of those offers. I think our age, men do not think we have interests in the libido they feel. Little do they know. Younger men have our age figured out, men in their 60's plus..feel we are so young, too, perhaps..it is their mind set..not our reality..

Ladies, ladies, don't lump all men together, just because you met a few duds. There are some of us still healthy, still enjoying life & still know how to treat & satisfy a lady.

UPDATE: On my way to Idaho I met up with 3 guys and a couple, all but one from here and all were very nice, one was a "keeper" and will be meeting up with the "keeper" again on the way back plus one other from here in the Chicago area... sometimes you just have to take a chance and go for it..
