Dear JustAGuy, Nothing I said was directed at you as an individual. the Negativity I was referring to was from this thread and only this thread. Example: "I would be happy as hell if anyone wanted me". That is a form of negativity to me. I was not trying to assume anything about you. I was merely defending my original statements and voicing other opinions. People call this a form of debate. You assumed I was attacking you as an individual. Now who's making assumptions? Perhaps I was a little vague. I wasn't really trying to be " negative ". I am just a sarcastic guy. |

Before I start, I totaly don't want to offend any young people by saying you all sleep around- I don't believe in genrlising people like that. It's just so many of my peers sleep around and seem to have no thoughts on waiting to get to know a guy first. Am i odd for not wanting to do the same?? I've always tried to get to know guys but it seems i only ever attract the guys after one thing- they tire of my 'old fashioned' 'boring' ways then leave for girls who will sleep with them after five minutes! I've been single for a year now! And i'm getting tired of always being called miserable and boring too. :( Any thoughts? XLJX  |

And really - this thread may not be meant for sarcasm, but a lot of people are sarcastic so you're going to run into it on a public forum, no matter what the topic. |

back to the subject..no matter what it is there are those that follow the "norm" those that go aginst it which is a sub culture in itself (thats another topic) then there are people that do what whatever they want to weather its the norm or not...its just that sex is so mainstrem now people dont look at sex as something personal like it was once viewed so in turn less precauction is taken and more people catch stds..it is what it is....
