Could anyone explain the reasons why the possibility of mind reading is high?

Could anyone explain the reasons why the possibility of mind reading is high? Yes, but the real answer is not nearly as funny as comments. How about this. True or False? Women already do it. |

Could anyone explain the reasons why the possibility of mind reading is high? Thoughts are things. Vibrations. We sense vibrations. |

This is easy to test.
Just need a double blind setup, and a statistically significant sample size and non personal concepts to transfer. If you can . . . then I urge you to setup such a test, if you are interested in a proper protocol to insure no bias and to remove contamination from your test let me know, this is fun and easy. |

Billy,
You are the one who needs convincing. Maybe you should set up a test. I don't need to be convinced and I don't need to convince anyone else. I have experienced telepathy with someone I know. I don't think I can read the mind of a total stranger though. That would just be wrong anyway. Like peeking into your windows. |

I do warn people though, when I do a tarot card reading for them that the tarot cards will sometimes reveal what they are thinking about. This happens a lot. |

Billy, You are the one who needs convincing. Maybe you should set up a test. I don't need to be convinced and I don't need to convince anyone else. I have experienced telepathy with someone I know. I don't think I can read the mind of a total stranger though. That would just be wrong anyway. Like peeking into your windows. It approaches 0% when they cannot . . . I wonder why. I certainly have plenty of conclusions that fit the data, and plenty of experts have shown techniques that achieve the same results that are less then supernatural. I do warn people though, when I do a tarot card reading for them that the tarot cards will sometimes reveal what they are thinking about. This happens a lot. Honestly the only way to really know things is to fashion intelligent tests. All learning is done through checking things out, the better one gets at "checking" the more one learns. |

I am not sure if telepathy and mind reading are the same thing. I have, I have tested myself and many people, 100% of the time people can read other peoples minds to a greater or lesser degree when they can see them.
It approaches 0% when they cannot . . . I wonder why. I certainly have plenty of conclusions that fit the data, and plenty of experts have shown techniques that achieve the same results that are less then supernatural. I think that if you have never met a person, and have no bond with them to "read their mind" at a distance would not be possible. On the other hand, you might be able to read a persons mood and feelings if you are in their presence just from picking up on their vibrations or from something you observe both consciously and subconsciously. My experience was as a receiver of a very loud and obvious message in the form of words. I simply heard them inside my head. I also knew who they were from because I could 'see' a vision of the face of the person sending me the message. So when the followers of the Mansion cult say they could 'hear' Charles Manson telling them what to do... all I am thinking that is is certainly possible. |

Darren Brown does a lot of interesting things, the difference, he explains why it works.
I'm not sure I know who he is, but I saw some guy on television doing some very amazing things with hypnotism. It was recorded live. You may have seen it. He convinced a person paying out horse racing tickets that he had a winning ticket and they looked and checked and confirmed it and gave him the money. That's a pretty interesting talent to have. |

Having done Tarot readings for people both in person and over the Internet I am sometimes still astonished by the readings I get with almost no information or input from the person I am reading.
I interpret the energy of the cards and basically take a stab in the dark about what they might mean in relation to the question they have posed. If no question is posed, the cards just seem to hint at what might be going on with that person, or what kind of person I am reading, or what they are thinking about. I have no way of knowing how close I am unless I get some feedback. If I speak of a future outcome to an event, I have no way of knowing if it ever transpired unless they send me feedback. I have gotten a lot of very interesting feedback. As far as how it works I of course have my own ideas but nothing scientific. It has to do with telepathic communication on the subconscious level. |
