What I do is on the last pack I will chain smoke them so they make me ill, that helps me. I know it sounds nuts, but it works for me. I don't want to smoke at all the next day and that gives me a head start. weird yes but works. Don't worry I won't be a lunatic, or at least you won't be able to tell the difference.. lmao |
