I as well have had my hand in this political event from around the middle of his run. I will still work to do whatever I am able to do to be a part of this administrations success.

This is different, this is a moderate strong arm tactic "you're with us...Riiiggghhhttt?" Which takes me back to something Government said repeatedly after 9/11 - "You're either with us or you're with the Terrorists."

I wish I had known about this event sooner, it took place yesterday (Saturday, March 21st). I would have been willing to sign up as volunteer coordinator (receiving a personal website from "My.BarackObamagroup"). Could have told different volunteers to show up at different times and different locations via e-mail and not show up myself (would have been too busy watching the NCAA men's basketball tournament). Perhaps show up and somehow forget to bring all the paperwork and such... the mind reels with possibilities. Use the tactics of project ACORN and other "activist" groups in submitting phoney names (E.G. Barack Bubaganoush or Mike Hunt). I wonder if they would get the "Bubaganoush" MXC reference. This event could have been a fun one to participate in. There is an old adage of "fighting fire with fire"... in this case it would have been "fighting smoke and mirrors with smoke and mirrors".

They're making a list and checking it twice. Gonna' remember who'll be sliced and diced.

And what are you basing your assumption on, that the capitalist system could no longer work, even if allowed? I do not see why it wouldn't.




Capitalism, is a system that makes responsibility possible. Any other system, will always lack responsibility. This corporatist system, is no exception. Even if you change it to socialism, there is still no responsibility.

I guess we disagree on the need for healthcare. I have healthcare. I work to pay for it. Anyone who doesn't want to work to pay, but only wants to receive healthcare services, is disconnecting the responsibility link between what he renders to others and what is rendered to him.

In any system, where you have a "common" capital, there is no responsibility, by definition. If you'd invent some robot-government, that would allocate to each only what he has produced, then it would work, but the same is accomplished by simply keeping everyone's property separate.

Thus, the only thing that a non-capitalist system is able to do, is to destroy responsibility. This is the reason it exist.

How one can hope that the socialist system will increase the responsibility, is beyond me.

The sheeple will willingly sign away their soul and search out others who will join them and condemn those who oppose.
They want a signed commitment.
They want real, committed backing. Anyone who straddles the fence or refuses is their opposition.
