JAG! question sir... how is it possible that there is frost at a lower elevation but no frost at a higher elevation? I think a lot depends on the humidity in the air. Frost is basically just frozen moisture. If the moisture in the air isn't as high at the higher elevations as it is lower down, then frost is less likely to form higher up. Living where you do, I am pretty sure you know the phrase " Too cold to snow ". That is basically the same effect. The colder the air is, the drier in most cases. makes sense! I figured as much but it totally tripped me out! |

Well I am glad I turned my cell phone off, apparently the new girl was fired. Someone from her family got into a fight at the station, this would be why family and friends should never go to your place of employment.

It's nesting instinct & conditioned response to all the holiday hoopla. I have no one to cook for but I still get the urge to stuff a turkey & make pies at Thanksgiving & bake cookies in December. |
