Lax? We're not. The R.C.M.P., C.S.I.S. and C.S.E. are among the best in
the world. Supplying your own services with information. Speaking of
your own services, they are so riddled that they are not trusted for a
lot of sensitive information from allied sources. Small problem of said

But all this deviates yet again from the MMP and the fact that they are
not duly authorized/appointed officers of the law. As such they have no
business doing the job of law enforcement. Unless of course that law
enforcement is too lax to perform its functions.

Again the MMP are not duly authorized members of Law Enforcement and
have no business doing the job of Law Enforcement. Should they harm /
kill someone or be harmed / killed what then. Civilians have no business
trying to do the job of Law Enforcement.

Well if you knew what the MMP are then you might understand. They are
civilians that take the time to patrol the borders that our goverment
can take the time to do. What you want all countries like your country
just to do nothing.

Then your own Law Enforcement by your own admission is inadequate. How
is that the fault of Canada?

first post on this subject you would have known what started this. I
HEARD ON THE RADIO THAT THE MMP WERE GOING TO GUARD THERE BECAUSE OF
THAT REASON. SO GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT.

Do you ahve a site with specific, authenticated (as opposed to Canada
bashing) information? If so I'll be happy to look. Other than that my
statement remains the same. Civilians have no business doing the work of

Just a piece of info Mysterious. My education is American. My heritage
is half-American. Do I think Canada is a great nation, damned right I
do. So does the rest of the world. However I also feel an equal pride
about the US. (SURPRISED?). I however do not feel the need to down play
the importance of either to the other. Now when I post a piece of
historical fact you resort to saying that I'm bashing the U.S.
President. Wake up the man is an idiot and the only reason that he's
President is because of the Electoral College. It's not bashing, it's
having an educated opinion. As Voile stated take away all the illegals
and the economy hits bottom. They do the menial labor that good
upstanding citizens will not do because there's not enough money to be
made. This is why there is the amnesty for illegals. Keeps them in the
States and they can keep doing their menial jobs. Those who get better
jobs are replaced by other illegals and so on it goes. The cheap labor
gets done, keeping wages down while getting a good market price
increasing profits.

The Minute Men are out here in the desert southwest. I have visited
with some, out by Columbus NM. They are there to protect all involved.
The ranchers in the Columbus, Rodeo, Douglas and Deming area are robbed
and molested by those crossing the borders. Their clothing taken, cars
taken, animals taken. Then the flip side is: the illegal crossers are
left out in the desert alone with no food or water. there are those
that are dropping water bottles from low flying planes to assist. And
how many times are we finding dead illegals in the back of trailers,
packed in so tightly they can't even move or sit? The die of heat and
thirst, standing up. It's a terrible situation, with the only ones
profiting are the organizers (coyotes).

and hell, the mexicans don't have to fly to Canada. there are tunnels
from Mexico that run right to central El Paso, Texas. Big enough for a
truck. Our Street Department is re-welding the street grates monthly.
