I had a stroke in May. I was in the hospital for 3 moths and went from Eating everything to eating only 1200 cals a day. Started to love myself and above all realized my child would be with out a mother to guide her. I had NO CHOICE! awww...well you still shouldn't be shy. you had a stroke. live life like you were dying. thats what i learned when i had a tumor. not gonna let anything come in my way   you either get flowers or drinks...take your pick

Well I did love food until it almost killed me a while back. I was 301 and I am VERY proud to say that as of today I am 191 I know still big, but THANK GOD I AM STILL HERE TO TELL MY STORY! I am also shyer in person. I think its because you dont have to worry about actually looking at the person right away. *high five* i used to weigh 365 and now i weigh a good 150 woot woot. but i say all the weight is in my boooooobs. cause i can geez... how did u do that? thats really cool |

Well I did love food until it almost killed me a while back. I was 301 and I am VERY proud to say that as of today I am 191 I know still big, but THANK GOD I AM STILL HERE TO TELL MY STORY! I am also shyer in person. I think its because you dont have to worry about actually looking at the person right away. *high five* i used to weigh 365 and now i weigh a good 150 woot woot. but i say all the weight is in my boooooobs. cause i can geez... how did u do that? thats really cool lots of sex, sports, no time for eating, and working out every other month :) |

 Don't ever forget that. I commend you on your weight loss. No matter what the reasons, that's just wicked awesome!!! That's something to be immensely proud of. I'm sure you know that though! As for the people who are fake on here and completely different off of here. Well, I think we're all like that to a certain extent. Some are just a lot worse than others. I met a guy on here who was actually exactly like he was online and then I realized that only worked online because all I have to do is sign off to get away. That's a lot harder when you're sitting in the same room. Though some people would say I sign off in person all the time, but I digress... People are odd... Don't give up on here or any other place. You're bound to run into a few bad apples, but there's a lot of shiny ones waiting to get picked! Keep Smiling! |

I have met over 50 people from online and every single one of the people was pretty much the person i expected.
These were friends of all ages and sexes rather than romantic meets('cept one). That might make a difference. There are certainly some weirdos out there though, and you obviously got one of them. There are more decent people online but there are many bad apples too. You definately have to take care who you meet and in what setting. But you shouldnt let it ruin your online experience. If anything, just be on this site for friends. |

Ok so a while back when it was JSH, I met a guy, he was cool ONLINE! we meet and he is a total CHILD! Smothered me constantly. Of course I tried to Leave him be, but did he listen NO, he had to make me mad at him and I turned into a total Biatch. Is this normal to be someone else in here, yet act like a crazy child in public?? AND Should I not come here due to this downfall?? What would you do? I am a person of mixed charecter...most often, I am a goofy, smartas*, who wants to make people laugh..I talk shi* on me as I do everyone else..because i am secure enough with myself to know that I can reduce stress by laughing at my shortcomings. To the surprise of many, who only know the goofy side, I can also show signs of intelligence....a few have said "beyond my years"... I am an oddball in here and in real life..

Yes, it's normal. I've met several guys in person that I had talked to online and every one of them were like that. However, some people have had success with online dating, so maybe you're choosing the wrong men? I don't know. As for if you should chat on here again, by all means do! If you are comfortable with yourself, or even if you feel you need to lose a bit more, be happy that you have gotten as far as you have. Well done!!! By the way...models have edges.
