if you had read that post which was like my 5th or 6th in this thread btw, i wasnt actually insulting you. i was making a point of insults are annoying and possibly hurtful and so we should stick to the topic, please go back and re-read it. youve done nothing but bad mouth with no evidence and mock me escpecially for god knows what reason. im just trying to have a civil convo about this topic and any others we see come up.

Cut aid to single mothers? Do you know any single mothers that have gotten their benefits cut? My father died when I was 13 years old, hence the reason I am back in NY when I was studying in Florida to become a doctor. I have seen people milk the system for years. I know personally people who are 3rd generation welfare recipients. Its called laziness. These ***holes want to make money then they work for it. These people are irresponsible parasites who feed off of my tax money and yours too if you are a hard working american. Because I am white I did not get into the school that I wanted to get into and because I am white I got overlooked for many of the scholarships I applied for. So before you say that aid is being cut look around you. These people are getting plenty of aid. Sh*t they get enough money to live more than comfortably. Yes, I will acknowledge that some are in crappy situations not by their own personal choices but the beautiful thing about our country is that you can work your way out of those situations, and as for most of those single mothers out there, they should have used a condom...

the problem as I see it is we were attacked by a group of terrorists (aside from the people who belive in the conspiracy theories think)
It is very hard to wage a war against terrorist groups in general, as we have struggled for YEARS to get bin laden. WELL...seeing as how we could not wage war on a particular country and multiple countries are affected, some people think hes guilty of war crimes fro invading iraq. The saddest thing about our country is that even through all of this crap we still try to send aid to these countries that scream "Death to America!" You remember the tsunamis a couple of years back? The muslims were shouting that the tidal waves were sent to kill the infidels that were visiting. Yet, it is very funny that the majority of people who suffered and lost their lives were muslim. I am not saying that the death and destruction are funny just the fact that the clerics were shouting about the wave being sent by god to kill the infidels...

you DO know its not even iraqis attacking us right? its pakis, and iranians, and saudis. they get paid to fight. lol. no one wants your country anyhow, so dont worry.3/4 of the world works with trades and agrees with america. the other 1/4 arent the best of countries you know. when was it venezuela got inot the g-8 again? and their super power status was agreed upon when? are they even in the UN? lol. just because u hate GW or even all of america is no reason to be hurtful to us all. we love everyone. even muslims. why do you think there are roughly 30 million in our country?

I agree with you. I was in my French 7 class when the news came on about the WTC attacks, I was in class when my principal came on to announce that NYC had been shut down and if anyone had parents working in the city that they may not be home that night. I lost my uncle that day, my brother was supposed to be born that night, he ended up being born just after midnight on the 12th. For anyone who thinks there is some conspiracy I will personally beat the ever living Sh*t out of you to say my uncle died because his government wanted to go to war. We are, as I posted earlier, The greatest nation in this world. However we do not have to trust our government, just our country and what it stands for, and that is FREEDOM.

thank you kerber for the history lesson..the Malvinas have been a point of contention between Argentina and England for a very looooong time...geographically speaking, the Malvinas are part of latin america and england has no business being there... war is hell aint it?? we should have bought our planes and ships from russia instead of from the united states..they would have been in far better condition and maybe we might have gotten our islands back.. Funny, we had no issues in Iraq or Afgahanistan with the ships and planes, it must be your army. youve had 20 years to improve your equipment... Surely you are aware of the fact that any equipment, warships, military aircraft, etc. that any country purchases from another country is defunct outdated equipment and not current production? Gotta sell our outdated junk somewhere or turn it into reefs. It's all about those who can build it and those who can't so they have to buy it. |

I made it through school with the help of pell grants. Quite easy to get actually. and hey medicaid and medicare are very much used here very frequently. maybe not enough to completly live on..BUT thats the point to not them become dependent on the system. NOT TO mention WIC and cheap vaccinations. I got my kid vaccinated for kindergarden...ten bucks AND some people would rather sell drugs or steal...its cheap and easy. those are the lazy ones....and the system will catch up wit them. |
