The time that I have been at this site I have seen
a lot of different people that have come and gone.
I have seen those that came in like a LION and have
actually turned out to be a LAMB. Hearts that once
was cold are shinning though like a HEART of GOLD.
There are many that have found the other half of
there soul. Whether it be here they found them or
somewhere else.

COULD IT BE THAT JUST TO HAVE A PLACE TO VENT OUR
THOUGHTS IS ALL IT TOOK TO SEE OURSELVES A LITTLE
BETTER AND TO BE ABLE TO OPEN OUR HEARTS FOR OTHERS
TO SEE THE TRUE US?

MY Question is: Can you HONESTLY say that this site
has not helped you see the true you and let others
come into your world?

Have you actually opened doors in your heart and mind
that once was closed?

I've learned more about me (for the good) and I've learned more about human nature (for the good).

People are people, whether online or in person...it's been good to see that - you see your own and others' shortcomings and excellences (a word??) in short order. All fulfilling, if you choose to see and experience that.

Besides all of that GREAT stuff...I've met a few true and great friends AND my love here - so much more than I could have imagined.

WOW , so many great stories for all to tell and share. And what a great time to share them with all the new members we are having coming in. They as well can see what we actually think of this site.

To me I can't say I view this site as a dating site. More of less it is my place to come to talk to the many wonderful people I have had the blessing to cross my path.

Have I found love, naw found lust a few times, and found a bundle of great friends. Some I can guarantee will be with me for a lifetime even if I never get to meet some. They have all touched my heart in more ways than one.

Since I have been on this site I have cried, laughed until I cried, heard the stories of despair , we lost a couple of members to death, have heard of babies being born, ones that found there true love and some that was not meant to be and lost them. Lately even heard of a couple that got married that had meet yep right here indeed.

So yeah this site not only has changed the way I see things in life but has also showed me to open my heart as well. I have found what it means to have a true friendship. Through e-mails , IM, and the Phone. I have enjoyed being here more than anyone could comprehend.

i've gone through a lot of changes

since i have been a member here,


i think i have softened and found more love

and patience for people

and have come to a deeper place in my heart & mind

of understanding people better ...

and even though all the kinks

aren't totally ironed out of the system ,

it still is the absolute best site i have found online,

with amazing people who have become part of my Family

i have really enjoyed this site. I think how busy life gets and being a single person, it isnt the easiest to even find time to date.

this site has allowed me female companionship that was much needed and developed neat relationships out of it. Even if the people are too far away.

I have met a couple women on here that there is no question I would pursue if in someway the distance wasnt such an issue. no question, very good people.

It's down to the wire that Brett is leaving..which I haven't seen him much during his predeployment visit.....I will be with him Tue and Wed...

If i am left out again...I will go to my contacts to find his flight..to be there when he leaves..
