So... how is that a correct analogy?

A woman can have sex, without the pill, right?
A man cannot have sex without Viagra, right?

Pregnancy is due to the natural workings of her body, right?
Impotence is the result of a medical condition, right?

There is no commonality between "The Pill" and "Viagra", there are two completely different reasons for those drugs.

You can also argue that many times impotence can be treated through mere healthy diet and exercise, cutting back on smoking/drinking/drugs, and even meditation. You can also argue that many times birth control is prescribed to help with certain hormonal imbalances a woman may have, and/or severe pain (from menstration) that may otherwise keep her from being able to live a normal life during her cycle.

Wow. This has to be one of the lamest arguments yet. I don't think everyone should use birth control, but I most certainly believe that if less men were "getting it up," we wouldn't need all the birth control anyway!! How stupid is this conversation?!!? The only reason McCain would support that is because he NEEDS VIAGRA!

Those are terrible arguments. I hope you realize that.

They might just be about as retarded as yours...

Try to use a less offensive word. Stupid is fine. Ignorant. Silly. Illogical. The use of that word in that way is offensive.

First you're going to insult the intelligence of my post, then you're going to criticize the way I express my feelings? Just who do you think you are, anyway? Somewhere in here you feel you're more intelligent than many of the posters on these issues.

The way you phrased your statement offended me about as much as the way I phrased mine offended you. Let's be real here... we're both allowed to have conflicting opinions, and I don't have to follow any of your advice...

Very true, drivin.

The idiology behind the subject though hits home. Take birth control off the list of covered meds but put viagra on. What does it say bottom line? Men need to have sex but women better say no because they can't control the possible pregnancy, right?

Why do you all keep wondering who is the Blame for pregnancy it is everyone who participated.

Why not just Assume the other person is not doing anything to prevent it and then do something to prevent it.

You would think that if you don't want a Kid, then you would be doing everything in your power to prevent getting pregnant in the First place.

If you live this way, good show chap:wink: But not alot of men take this responsibility. They leave it to the woman and the results get left to the woman also. When this changes then the dynamics can change.

Did you read "Why not just Assume the other person is not doing anything to prevent it and then do something to prevent it."

I didn't specifiy Man or woman in there, so if a man doesn't think the woman is doing enough, then it is his responsibility to do something and Vice Versa.

Perhaps many don't agree with what she stands for? Or, do you think we should just vote for her because she's a hard working, driven woman?

Uh Yeah! That's a pretty good reason to vote FOR someone.

It should appeal to independant voters who don't want the institutionalized brainwashing DEMS dangle over them for protecting their jobs.

SARAH is one of us...normal everyday average Americans. She's also a working class person's person. I think SARAH is an excellant choice for VP. She has bucked the system a few times which proves she can be impartial...or independant. Whichever...

If people can vote for that joke jesse ventura then SARAH is not only possible but a VIABLE choice for VP.

Just when I thought there was no one to vote for this year...McCain earned my support with this pick. I'm energized now!!!!

McCain/Palin All the Way in 2008!!!
