OOPS! I really have to check that thinking about what I'm gonna say thing.  Whats gonna be funny (not really) is when all that currency that the fed whipped up out of thin air to save Bear Stearns, Freddie and Fannie and probably Lehman Bro. next, we are going to see the fullest extent of the inflationary tax, when it costs 5 bucks for a loaf of bread, 10 bucks for a carton of eggs and our streets will be easy to negotiate, because the cars will be rotting in driveways because gas will cost more than signing the NFL's first round draft pick. ( okay, I know that last one was a bit of a distortion.) I'm leaning more and more towards McKinney or Baldwin, Baldwin is taking the lead, since McKinney does have some socialist leanings. |

Isn't it odd that McCains got a campaign staffer headed off now to head one of the most recent banking institutions to take a nose dive? just remember that democrats get this country into trouble and republicans clean up the mess. Republicans are hamstrung from doing their best because they are constantly cleaning up the democrats' messes and can't focus clearly on their own philosophical remedies without distraction. Ike and Kenndy and LBJ got us into vietnam and Nixon and the republicans were called to the carpet to get us out. Clinton loosened the restrictions of mortgage lending to allow the unqualified and unmoneyed to buy homes they couldn't afford and speculators took advantage of that boondoggle of a gold mine only to crash it down in a bigger mess than the democrats could foresee. Again, the republicans are called to clean it up and democrats refuse to admit, like Vietnam, that they made the damn mess to begin with. They meddle with things only to maKE MORE PROBLEMS. tHEY MUST LOVE TO WHINE, THEY DO IT SO WELL. I, for one, am sick of listening to the left transfer and project their stupidity and incompetence on reasonable men and women, which are few, i might add. Most people are too blind to see through the fog of misplaced emotions anyway, or there wouldn't be so many democrats. Every once in a while they themselves get tired of kicking a dead donkey and run to the republicans to fix the mess, only to resume whining again once the threats are removed and order returned to the NATION. WHY IS THAT? this country is mostly nuts. but 10 can give flight to 10,000. How is that?
