I’m not but have been studying it for some time and it’s REALLY fascinating. But I do have to warn you there can be some aggressive Christians that peruse these forums. Good morning all! Just want to tell you guys that I'm not sure about keeping this thread going. As of late I have been receiving some "not so nice" emails and this morning I actually reported one. The one this morning really shook me up. Anyway, I know you're all going to say "screw him" and just keep going, but I'm not so sure. Ruth, Don’t you dare be intimidated by theses so called “Christians”. Don’t make me smack you around with my crucifix. LOL! I’m a Christian, my MOTHER is a minister. I’m sure that goes right up the asses of some “Christians”. To you, “Christians”: I ask, would you send hateful e-mails to the Buddhists, Muslims or Jews on this site? I doubt it. This thread was created for people of Pagan spirituality. If you don’t like it, don’t read it and further keep your ****ing right-wing bull**** to yourself. Your insane over-the-top ideals are giving the rest of us Christians a bad rap. |

" George Carlin I have to disagree.I believe the seperation that has happened between chuech and state is what has screwed this country up. Divided us. The founding fathers did not mean this as it is today or religion would not be so prevelant in our laws. We now have been foor many years eroding church and state apart from each other and in doing so our society has been going down the tubes "anything goes unless man decides otherwise." This is the flaw man can never make up his mind where the bible sets forth good guidelines. Our prisons we would not be paying fo nearly as much and your children would be safe when they are out of site. Thats societies fault for making anything goes a market place fo the rich. Who profits from anything goes? The rich. It is like putting candy in front of a baby and saying do not touch. The laws are not for our benefit but to hold us down if we speak against them. Then the news media in this day and age sways pyblic opinion to the way our politians want...Blessings..Miles |

In defense of Christians:
Yes, I have received a few "less than friendly" emails from a couple of Christians, however, they were mainly just expressing their opinions and I really don't mind that. The particular emails that upset me were directed at me being a witch, however, I now realize that this is a person I refused to chat and IM with and that is what this about. I am hoping the mods are taking care of this today. I just wanted to clarify this so as to not put this incident on Christians.

I get a bit of mean email too
but it's because I have so much fun just screwin with people in the threads and sometimes they take it personal I just consider it to be background noise and tune it out. you can't take responsibility for other people's dysfunctional reactions to the world. and when they lash out at you it is just the wind blowing or rain falling. it's just background noise |
