Get over it...if you hate him so much then leave.

The majority of the country hates himdrinker drinker drinker so maybe you should leave

Hate and approval ratings are 2 different things. This thread is laughable, Bush doesn't even come close to hitler.

The internet is littered with pictures of George Bush with a swastika on his chest, a drawn-on mustache, and his arm raised in the Nazi salute. It is therefore no surprise that someone would choose this theme for their video. But why? Has George Bush done anything to justify the comparison? Consider these points:

* Hitler slaughtered six million. George Bush only killed nine hundred thousand or so in Iraq and many fewer in Afghanistan. Hardly a fair comparison.

* Hitler rounded up and killed homosexuals. George Bush only denies them the right to marry. Again, no comparison.

* Hitler rounded up and killed those with physical or mental infirmities. George Bush only cut their medical benefits. No comparison.

* Hitler invaded his neighbors and overthrew their governments. George Bush only invaded and overthrew the governments of two countries, and they were not neighbors. No comparison.

* Adolph Hitler believed in a "master race." George Bush believes in a master religion. No comparison.
* Adolph Hitler was an eloquent and persuasive madman. George Bush is neither eloquent nor persuasive. No comparison

* Adolph Hitler's government was in tight control of its citizens. George Bush has only limited our right to privacy, free speech, and access to lawyers.

* Adolph Hitler demonized Jews. George Bush only demonized Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein (with the leaders of Syria, Iran, and North Korea held in abeyance). No comparison.

Obviously, George Bush is no Adolf Hitler.

If tomorrow all the things were gone,
I’d worked for all my life.
And I had to start again,
with just my children and my wife.

I’d thank my lucky stars,
to be livin here today.
‘ Cause the flag still stands for freedom,
and they can’t take that away.

And I’m proud to be an American,
where at least I know I’m free.
And I wont forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.

And I gladly stand up,
next to you and defend her still today.
‘ Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land,
God bless the USA.

From the lakes of Minnesota,
to the hills of Tennessee.
Across the plains of Texas,
From sea to shining sea.

From Detroit down to Houston,
and New York to L.A.
Well there's pride in every American heart,
and its time we stand and say.

That I’m proud to be an American,
where at least I know I’m free.
And I wont forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.

And I gladly stand up,

People are still confusing patriotism with sticking their heads up the leader's butt and following him into hell.

One can be patriotic and see the fault of the president. One can be fully and utterly American to their core and still see the president as a man, in this case, a dumb, dictatorial, baffoon of a man who is attempting some kind of oil domination from his seat at the head of this country at the expense of many many innocent lives here and abroad.

I remember at Ft knox kentucky we had a family day when i was in basic training, this involved a little skit makeing fun of the drill SGTs getting woke up with garbage can lids and of course getting "dropped for pushups untill the DI got tired of counting" of course the entire afair ended with god bless the USA there wasnt a dry eye in the house. I dont think god , if there is one, will ever bless the USA as long as we wage wars of agresion and torture and use propaganda to manipulate the public will.

You should see the expatriot/baby-boomers flocking to latin america..the only thing keeping them from staying here are the strong immigration policies and the fact that we dont speak english ....look at central america..costa rica, has been transformed into a club-med full of expatriots....

* Hitler slaughtered six million. George Bush only killed nine hundred thousand or so in Iraq and many fewer in Afghanistan. Hardly a fair comparison.

How do you figure this? You are talking about actual casualties from our military only, our guns our bombs, not from insurgents. Where is the data that supports this?

* Hitler rounded up and killed homosexuals. George Bush only denies them the right to marry. Again, no comparison.

This right was never given to them, and its not just him that denies this. The people vote on these kind of issues. Historically marriage has a religious connotation as well.

* Hitler rounded up and killed those with physical or mental infirmities. George Bush only cut their medical benefits. No comparison.

Nowhere does it state that these people have to be supported by the government.

* Hitler invaded his neighbors and overthrew their governments. George Bush only invaded and overthrew the governments of two countries, and they were not neighbors. No comparison.

Yes, government leaders who were known terrorists and dictators that would kill their own people by the 1000s. Again this issue was voted on by the House and Senate.

* Adolph Hitler believed in a "master race." George Bush believes in a master religion. No comparison.
* Adolph Hitler was an eloquent and persuasive madman. George Bush is neither eloquent nor persuasive. No comparison

Most religions believe they are the right one, it is called faith, big deal. He was persuasive enough to get elected twice

* Adolph Hitler's government was in tight control of its citizens. George Bush has only limited our right to privacy, free speech, and access to lawyers.

Our right? Are you sure about that? I am pretty sure I can say what I want and talk to a lawyer w/e I want.

* Adolph Hitler demonized Jews. George Bush only demonized Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein (with the leaders of Syria, Iran, and North Korea held in abeyance). No comparison.

Maybe because they should be demonized. Demonizing the Jews is a stereotype, but the 3 people you mentioned have a history of doing horrible things. Its not crazy made up propaganda, but events that really occured.
